1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

PS4 Fanatec CSL Button Mapping

    Hi,

    could you please fix the non working mapping functions with the Fanatec CSL Elite PS4 wheel!

    Yes some buttons can be assigned, but without the possibility to change TC and ABS it makes no sense to use AC as a simulation. :( Flashlights are also not working to assign...


    PS.
    Posted this to the support team before and they are very kind and responsive, but they said they can´t do anything in this case.

    An update regarding issues with the Fanatec CSL Elite:

    - We are aware there is an issue with the button mapping, we are looking into this.
    - The identification issue has been solved in the upcoming patch.

    Problem is still here and 505 are not able to give answers...
    This is very annoying for a wheel announced fully compatible with Asseto Corsa.
    Please be kind and take 5 minutes to give current state of situation.

    Are we expecting this to be part of the long-awaited Laguna Seca / free update as a patch?

    Does everyone else’s CSL Elite show up in game as a G29 on PS4? (And then subsequently not allow any button mapping, and things like Toggle Turbo are nowhere to be seen once races start).

    Having searched the forums, I’m gradually gathering so, but some posts are quite old except this one.

    Otherwise really enjoying the game. Just need to adjust my turbos!

    I’m guessing the ‘upcoming patch’ is the release of the Bonus Pack with Laguna Seca etc that was released on PC before Christmas. Although I’d have thought this would be a serious enough bug to warrant an ‘emergency’ patch considering an officially licensed wheel can’t operate many in-game functions.

    Anyone know if the CSL Elite is expected to also be correctly identified as of then, rather than showing up in game as a Logitech? (Not that that really matters as long as it works, but it would be less confusing for new users).

    Has anyone managed to change / reconfigure any button(s) on PS4? Specifically is there any button that Toggle Turbo can be mapped to with the CSL, as R2 doesn’t work nor any face buttons apart from Change View (L3)?

    Really hope this is due to be fixed soon.
