AS DESIGNED Pit stop animation not working

The latest update added the ability to perform a pitstop in any race session/mode (which is great by the way), but for whatever reason the animation of the crew changing the tires only works in race sessions. If you do a pit stop in practice mode or during qualifying, they just stand there... The pit stop still works, the game changes your tires and refuels the car etc. The animation just doesn’t work. I’ve tested it in multiple modes now with multiple cars, including the newly added ones, same result every time.

Not a major issue at all, but I just thought i’d point it out.

 

I've reported it to Kunos via the submission form (link in my signature) about 20 minutes ago. Hope they can look into it and provide a fix in the next update.

 

Interesting. I remember watching this video by Inside Sim Racing when the S1 E2 came out:

Billy test-drives it in practice mode and the pit crew actually moves at 9:26 when he changes the tyres. But It's possible that there's something I'm missing.

I've also noticed that, during a pit stop (quick race only), the camera is now stuck in 1st person view, when it used to be like this:

 

Did you ever find the setting to change it back to cockpit?

 

I'm on console, so there are no settings to change. Don't know exactly when or why the camera view was changed, but now it's always stuck in first person view.
If a do a pit stop during a race, I can see the one guy on the left moving. In any other mode, they don't do anything; they're just stuck there with their hands in the air.
