DRM mod for AC

Does anyone know if we'll ever see this mod (probably the best in rf) converted to AC? There was some talk about it last year, but nothing since then.

I was a bit drunk when I wrote that, but i don`t know why you`re asking for a link?

 

Welp, as you suggest, i googled and the last update is still from january On hold i presume. Or life got in the way? Because 5 months of radio silence is never a good sign.

 

It will be completed, just not in two weeks as everyone expects.

 

They have their reasons im sure, its not easy to manage a mod of that scale especially one that aims to defend its title of being best mod on the game.

 

Also, this is not like those "oh, I've suddenly decided to try and make this car just because I like it" mods, so for me it seems pretty unlikely that they'll abandon it. They may not always be at the forums showing new footage and talking about their progress, but it doesn't mean they've stopped working on it.
People just need to learn there's a difference between the very well made mods and those ridiculous mods that litter the internet. A good one takes a lot of work, and since they probably don't live just to work on mods, it's gonna take a good amount of time.

 

Yeah. Not one of those projects which would have been started in careless fashion, and then forgotten in the same way. We will wait and we will be happy !

I wonder if there will be DLC from Kunos after 2016. DRM pack would be pretty much DLC equivalent.

Their Capri and M1 turbo that escaped captivity a while back are already a great driving experience.
Is this going to be pay ware like Urd or a donation based offering.

 

that isnt part of DRM, its some ****ty pcars convert which is interesting because it shows how low quality the cars in that game are. So many parts where they used textures instead of actual 3d parts and a massive amount of parts missing from cockpits. very disappointing as they preach so much about graphics.

 

As they are described as DRM div 2 for the Capri and div 1 for the M1, I assumed.
Pcars doesn't have then described in that manner.

 

Although the image above describes my interaction with Assetto Corsa in the last month, the lack of public news don't means that the whole thing is on hold.

We just have nothing graphically new to show and that's only "my fault".

The other guys are making good progress in the sounds and physics, afaik, all running cars are already on V7 tyres, they drive good, they sounds good... so...
