1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

PS4 F2004 problem

    There seems to be a problem with the f2004 ferrari...while in setup menu or just in the pits game is crashing (not an issue with the SF70H, the other cars i haven't try yet)...i managed to get a few laps in, but only if immediately leaving the pits

    About how long do you seem to have the issue? After reading your comment, just before leaving for work, I tried the F2004 and left it in the pit at Spa-Francorchamps for 2mins then left as normal.

    The car sounds incredible!

    Happens to me as well. For me it triggers as soon as I try to go past the aero page on the set up screen. I can mess about with fuel, brake bias and wing angles but, when I try to go to the drivetrain page it just instantly crashes.

    Having the same issue, I can confirm that it only triggers if you try to open the transmission page in the setup menu.

    It's so frustrating, AC is such a great sim the physics the sounds and much more etc but it would be great if we didn't have to put up with constant issues and then having to wait for them to be fixed. The main issue is with the stupid submission process they have to go through on console, the Xbox issue and F2004 issues would have been fixed already on pc.

    Another "game crashing problem" could be solved with a new installation of assetto corsa on my PS4. But this problem can not be solved by a new installation.

    By the way: The F2004 is awesome! ... especially the sound! I hope this car will also be included in assetto corsa 2!

    I'm on Xbox sorry bud but i think it will most likely be wait for it to be fixed unfortunately. We Xbox users might have the same problem but won't know till we can use it:(

    +1 to that. Always that I try to enter in the setup screen, the game crashes, but only in F1 2004.

    Well these things slip through the net sometimes. Hopefully it will be an easy fix to implement, then we can get some decent speed down the back straight at Monza :)

    That setup is still somewhat ok, managed an 1:10.2 on RedBull.

    Oh yes, tracks with shorter straights won't be a problem. But tracks such as Monza / Highlands long etc are a problem :confused:
