Generic G27 brake pedal mod for pennies.

Ok so I am a miserable old sod currently recouperating after illness & bored, so I got the G27 & playseat out of the cupboard I had for when the the grandchildren come round, first off tried on a 60" 4k tv. Pedals difficult to use brake paricularly impossible to use well no feedback & fa to light, the H shifter not much better so I am using the Flappy paddle semi auto shifting.

So I thought I would look at the mods online see if any simple ways to improve the brake pedal, some expensive look like they should work but not spending money while I have a brain. As the Clutch now sitting there like a spare Johnson at a wedding, I decided to disable clutch in settings move pedal covers close together & try using 2 pedals with clutch providing extra resistance.

4 x 50mm M4 machine screws around 125mm length of 25mm scrap aluminium profile from the workshop, and the break was modded by strapping to the clutch. Its a very basic mod but has enough resistance to make brake useable in AC & PC2 and cost only pennies the aluminium could just as easilly be a piece of hardwood.

Its not pretty but it is effective and makes pedals useable beforehand brake was little more than an on off switch now I can feather brake & throttle and get reasonable control.
