1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    Same here I deleted saved data uninstalled and reinstalled...but still crashes back to home screen.

    How far do you get before it crashes? Server issues, or maintenance, would surely only occur when accessing Online.

    Kunos usually notify us of any down-time too don't they?

    Nowhere, the game doen't even launch. Back to home menu after half a second.

    If I restart, it doesn't work. I have to turn off then turn on the console. And it never works on first turning on. So I have to turn on/off/on the console to launch the game. That's really weird, and no other game seems to be impacted.

    Yeah so I discovered this yesterday and did the below not sure how I fixed it but it's fixed

    Deleted and reinstalled game
    Deleted xbox and cloud save file
    Turn off and disconnect from power

    I did the last one a few hours ago have come back to it turned it on and all good can create private lobby's but have lost all my setup's. I also finished updating a couple of other games that I had paused the download for just in case but I still am unsure what if any of those steps fixed the issue

    Well, It's not supposed to be a solution... We should not have to delete and re install stuff.
    On some other games I use to have this phenomena for a day sometimes when the game developers were implementing an update. (Rainbow Six Siege for example)

    Mate your preaching to the choir I just want to help anyone who is having the same issue personally if I saw my post before I had my issues I would unplug it for an hour update any other games and see if it fixed the issue losing all My tunes for the last 12 months I don't have them all written down some I do but a lot of hours and testing went in to get them tailored to my style

    Same here, but after an hard reset (turn off xbox holding power button for 10 seconds and disconnect from power) it's fixed.

    Didnt work for me either. But going up to top left hand corner and signing out of Xbox live then signing back in then load game up did work.

    Tonight even hard reset doesn't work.
    Signing off then back in Xbox live neither.
    Something is clearly going wrong right now (at least for me).

    If you got digital version, when you sign out of live you can't load the game up because you have to sign in to play digital. Can't play offline.

    That's what I did. Signed off, wait a moment, then signed in. Game does not want to start. No solutions mentioned here before is working at the moment.
    I don't want to uninstall the game because with my awesomely poor internet connection it will take me at least two days to install it back...

    Same probs here. Cmon Kunos let's have an official response regarding this issue. We can't even play the game at the moment.

    Finally got AC to boot up but no online server. Seems this is obviously a server problem. To finally get the game running I did this.
    Update all other games/apps
    Hard reset
    Disconnect power
    Insert other game disc
    Insert AC
