1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

when you say "cross controls" do you mean the D pad (the up down left right pad) Unfortunately even on the old Logitech G25 on the PC version of AC you cannot set those controls, i wanted them for look, but you can't.. I guess the 4 fire buttons on your wheel (ABXY..) are the equivalent of the 4 buttons on the G25's shifter block. Which is what i ended up using.. On the g25, the shifter had all the buttons, the wheel only had 2 + the paddle shifters. on the shiftr block you had the 4 main fire buttons + another 4. So i use the main 4 as the look buttons (X left, A back, B right) Then i used the 4 remaining buttons for the important controls you need assigned close by and the 2 wheel buttons for handbrake and horn.

SO in short, don't think you will be able to use the D pad for look controls, so you will have to substitute 4 buttons instead (i suggest ABXY)

Also.. Your username. Brumi.. I'm guessing you are from Birmingham? I was born in Brum and lived in Northfield until i was about 5, then moved back again when i was about 25 for another 4 years (worked on broad street and lived in the flats just off Five ways round about)
If your not from Birmingham, then none of that will make ANY sense,... Just ignore it and keep going :)

EDIT: BTW did you realise you are in the console section asking about AC on PC help? i only just noticed it, i saw the section area and presumed it was a console problem, it wasnt until i went back to make sure i read your post properly when i then spotted and processed AC on PC...
