New AC server located in East Coast USA

I have had a great time since starting to play this sim. I love it; however, I found a lack of servers that had a decent ping for me to join with the content I preferred. So, I started my own server and would love to have some quality racers there with a good ping. I am not the best racer by any means but am interested in adding to our online community and making the most out of this awesome sim. At present we are running GT3 class with mostly SPA as our preferred map. The direction of our group will be to host a race series and championships to follow. Much of the subject matter will be determined by our new community. Some DLC, track mods and whatever we decide will be included. The server has been up for a week and I have put countless hours into eliminating the rammers and trolls from the server via blacklist. I can't build this alone and we have a solid group so far (only 8 strong), but we want to make this into something very special. I am copying/paste our present welcome message for you to determine if we are right for you:

Welcome!!! Be respectful of other drivers and enjoy the server. We are under development for future upgrades, so please be patient with us.
Breaking the rules will result in kick or BAN!
Rules:
1. Keep control of your vehicle, especially in the first turn!
2. Slower drivers are to yield to faster drivers in straights and passable locations.
3. Pertains to #2. We are happy you are fast but some are slower than you, a slower player may hold the optimal line thru curves etc.
If you are really that fast you will find a line and pass the slower player as referenced in #2 above.
4. No joining a race after it has started!
5. If you take a driver out by accident (it happens), allow the offended driver to pass you before resuming the race.
6. No donuts, parking in the middle of the track, ramming or other unsuitable behavior.
7. Admin prefers you qualify. You are likely to be kicked if you do not qualify for the race.
8. When you are finished racing or qualifying return to the pit ASAP.

Of course the server name will change a tad based on the track but if you enter USAC 304, you will always find us.

and low profile admin...
best server i've ever played....
