1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

I already own Assetto Corsa on PC and I really like this game.
Right now I am working abroad and I don't have a PC powerful enough to play this game; I have a PS4 here with me. Since I am really missing AC I am wondering to buy the console version of game.

I would like to know if this is game is played or not online, how is the situation about server?
I am living in Asia and different persons told me that AC is quite abandoned, is it true?

Another question I have is related to the in-game app: I was usually playing with many custom app (time/gain/gap on lap, tires consumption/heat, custom speedometer etc..), is it possible to use those app?

    Thank you in advance.

Upgrade your pc to run properly Assetto Corsa on it.

The console version is quite a good step behind pc version in performance, options, features, FFB,no button mapping and still no news about the status of the private Online lobbies.

Thank you for your honest answer, I really appreciated.
Unfortunately I am using a laptop here so I can't have any upgrade (I should have wrote "laptop" instead of "PC", it was a misleading information).
Maybe I will wait a little bit more to see how the private online lobbies situation will evolve.
    Thank you again.

I'm in Australia and there is always people on. However weekend mornings, Europe evenings, they are full. Great racing with fewer muppets.

Yeah, like my scrub friend who I let sample some multiplayer on my account probably 2-3 weeks ago (GT3 @ RBR). And he had to wreck you out of all people! Not ever letting him loose on multiplayer again unless he tries to race more seriously.

My bad on that. We gotta race Japanese at Nordschleife again! I know you smashed my face before, so hopefully it won't be too bad in the near future if we meet again.

Anyway, I've been noticing a bump in activity online compared to months ago when everything seemed so deserted.
