PS4 Probably a Game Breaking Bug

    The cars simply froze but the game kept going while the cars were moving in place every second or so.
    I could still move my wheel but it only registered it every second or so.
    Car and Track: Barcelona GP, SF70-H
    FIRST TIME IT HAS HAPPENED.
