Real-life motorsport footage (onboard PoV preferred)

Your place for posting real-life onboard footage, mainly but not limited to onboard (Point of View or in-cockpit in general) motorsport/driving videos ranging from breathtaking race broadcast footage to instruction videos that could help people familiarise with circuits, get a feel for race craft of real racing drivers, highlight the thrill of racing we aim to replicate in simracing or just see how real racing drivers fare in the real world. Feel free to post videos from off the circuit (rally, etc.) also.

You can use the search function to check via the video URL (just search for the part after youtube.com/watch?v= in the URL and click Search this thread only) for duplicates.

I love how we now can make AC sound closer to reality with the separate Transmission volume slider

 

For a short happy moment I thought I was rather fast at the Nordschleife, and then I saw this:



The current lap record for GT3 cars on the Nürburgring 24h layout: 8:10:921
It is fascinating to watch. He's not even over aggressive, takes similar lines and brakes at similar points, but is able to take so much more speed than I do.

RenaultSport R.S. 01 at Circuito de Jerez, driven by Dan Prosser from EVO Magazine. Informative, good footage and good insight into that car. Happy that Renault is pushing GT racing, now they need to bring it into GT3 more often. And they should release a street car. I'd love to see the car in AC... and there's a mod for that. And the track too, Jerez is great.

Porsche RS Spyder at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca, driven by Jeroen Bleekemolen during Porsche Rennsport Reunion V, short shifting all the way. I'd like to see some LMP cars in AC for sure.

 

We only have one race track in Ireland so it's mostly rally and road racing (bikes), on public roads.

 

The RACER onboards are just awesome, video quality and sound wise.

Another 360° video of a lap at Monza with Al Buncombe in the Nissan GT-R GT3 during yesterday's Blancpain GT Series Endurance Cup Round 1 practise session. 360° videos are good to see what the driver is doing and keep the car and surrounding in view at the same time, just wish the quality was higher. Buncombe's car #23 starts the race on second place later today.

Edit: Whoops, audio sync issues.

 

A different video as reconciliation then, driver Rick Kelly in the class A-Pro #1 Nissan GT-R GT3 at the Bathurst 12 Hours 2016. The car ended the race 2nd place.
