1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

XB1 Save setups fixed BUT...

    Setups can now be saved since the last update 1.12. One bug is that you can't delete them should you wish to. Not really a problem but a bug it is!

    Not necessarily a bug unless there is a delete button and it doesn't work. PC version got the delete setup feature only recently, maybe it's not implemented to the console version yet.

    There is a delete button, console has had it from day 1. Thing is it worked when you couldn't save setups and now doesn't when you can.

    Is it really fixed this time? The save bug was fixed before, but the bug was reappearing after a few saves.

    This is not fixed at all, I opened a bug report already. They will save and stay saved as long as the Xbox is not switched off is what i am seeing now which is beyond the point of ridiculous at this stage.

    Yep setups now can't be deleted. Do you want to delete this setup, yes, goes back to setup screen. Tune still there.


    Does anyone test this stuff before patches go live.

    Yep i am one very disappointed customer right now, for the life of me i cannot understand why they cannot get this right. If it was me the DEV in charge of this save game fiasco would be getting his p45.

    You don't seem to be able to overwrite a previous save either. It just creates a new save with the same name. Then you can't delete any off them.

    This is getting strange, I had 3 saved setups, all the same name as described above. Turned Xbox off to green screen, turned back on, I've now lost the last 2 saves but still got the first one.

    You also cannot amend a setup. If you make changes to a setup and click save you end up with it creating a new save. With not being able to delete you end up with a lot of useless saves. Happy days!

    Just checked and all 5 saves on the Mazda RX7 Tuned have disappeared yet the 2 saves on the new 2017 911 GT3 are still there...

    I'm not going to wait. Coming back when v1.13 will be released. This should be the third time they fixed it, have no confidence anymore that they can fix it.

    the delete button doesn't work, and when i want to overwrite a setup after a modification it create a new setup with the same name => so we get a lot of different setups with the same name that we can't delete. ( How Kunos can not see this before publishing an update ??? )
