PS4 Stealth update: Black smoke clouds gone, skybox improved.

I used to drive on clear or mid-clear as anything cloudier brought about the apocalyptic black ashen clouds of doom but after the 1.09 patch they've gone! Light clouds general skybox much better, and even heavier clouds don't have the black smoke. Well played, Kunos.

Seems you guys on consoles have an updated skybox compared to PC users now.

There are quite a few bits and pieces Kunos didn't mention. They should tell us all the improvements plus it shows just how much they did. Doing themselves a disservice.

After a race it no longer jumps to a black screen then the pit. You get a more subtle fade-to-black then the pit. Certainly better than it was.

 

I'd like to see them use the same start lights as the PC version. The ones we've got look a bit tacky and not particularly realistic. Well, as realistic as lights floating in the sky can be.
