1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    THIS is why I play Assetto Corsa, ladies and gentlemen!!! Have to thank Ross Bentley for Speed Secrets 1 and his tips about being smooth with the brakes and throttle. Absolutely applies to this Porsche! Also salute to Trump with the inspirational CPAC speech. After watching a full 80 mins of straight heat, I knew I had to get in that rSeat and run some laps with the same fire!

    Was about to settle with a quick 8:59.6 and, within the next few attempts, an 8:59.5. But when this is potentially the last WH Challenge and you've stood next to greatness last July (albeit in replica form) settling for less isn't an option. Now I know I can go faster, but I'm good cashing out on this one. Safe to say, 312T at Nordschleife has been dethroned for personal favorite WH Challenge!

    Anyway, if this is it then it was some run over the past few years! Pretty sure this ain't it though. That said, all good things eventually come to an end. Whether for now or for good, I say what the paper on the Porsche's windshield says - "Mahalo!"

    Well,so much for my return:(.This possibly being the last challenge i will have a go later:eek:.
    If this is the end, huge thanks to those who set up the challenges etc,and well done to everyone who participated.
    It's been great fun,annoying,frustrating with lots of swearing but well worth it;).
    A big like to everyone on this challenge,i cannot go through 7 pages so i'm taking the easy route:p.

    If no one is interested in taking over the making of the challenges i can do it with not much problem.
    If anyone wants to do it,go ahead!i hosted a couple of challenges some months ago,so anyone who wasnt done it before and wants to do it has priority over me.The important part is to keep this alive

    Top man Hugo. I'm glad the Weekly will carry on, I was feeling a bit guilty. There's been a bit of bad blood between console and pc in other threads recently, but the WHL has always been an oasis where everyone is welcome. Long may that continue. :)

    I don't know yet, I haven't played it. Team vvv website say it's like Driveclub Bikes, which isn't good news. I would prefer it to be like sbk11 which was my favourite.

    Most people will use 3rd person view, but it will be strictly onboard camera for me. There's a whole community of bikers out there who have been clamouring for this game for years.

    I really hope the game doesn't trivialise the TT. Too much happens there for it to be dumbed down into an arcade style crashfest.

    It's impossible to do a proper simulation for motorcycles, but a game can convey a sense of rhythm and control. Hopefully it will do that. I have my doubts at the moment.

    Sure the only way to race with these bikes is on board camera .
    Same here doubt to buy it or not , 60 euro's is a lot of money for this game Hmmmmm .
