1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    It's very easy to blame the big bad Microsoft for everything. I have 109 other games on my XBoxOne. The 15 I've tried all launch fine.
    Go figure. Make up your own mind.

    So you guys honestly believe that Kunos, the same Kunos that can't pass a QA submission without a half dozen attempts, has managed to bypass all MS protocols and launch two secret updates in the last two weeks. And the only thing those updates did was break the game. Sure, sounds legit. o_O

    No I don't think that's what anyone is saying at all. The assumption was that a MS update has caused the problems.

    This could be a problem from MS and Kunos could not be able to reveal any info because NDA.

    Or this is a problem from Kunos. And they dont want to give any info for various reasons.

    Except there hadn't been an MS update so the assumption is incorrect. Anyway, I'll most likely be kicked off here again within 24 hours because I say what I see. Sad thing is I was saying it 6 months ago.

    Doubtful. But I guess they could balls something up on the online servers that stops the game launching unless you pull the Ethernet cable out. Possibly.

    I had the ms update on Saturday, new dashboard, When I tried AC on Tuesday it crashed to dash, it now loads up, but there's no servers online, same as before. All my other games work except AC again.
    If I had a guess it's got to be something to do with kunos servers. Every time the game won't load bug strikes there's no servers available online.

    For me ac worked yesterday. But today... I was able to start the game. I wanted to do some hotlapping but the game framedrops O.O never saw anything like that. I did a hardboot but i had again extreme framedrops.

    I managed to get the game running fine last night although there were only a handful of servers available. I was also able to successfully create a lobby as well.
