1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    @AC_CM505; @Lord Kunos: I assume it's not quite possible for you to say anything definitive about this pending update, as what's causing the delay must stem from reasons outside your control. However, would you have any idea if we are still a long way (2 weeks or more, for instance) from getting it on Xbox? I'd appreciate if you could share ANY (good or bad) news on how this process is going. Thanks!

    Ouch! I am sorry to hear XboxOne users have a long wait ahead of them. It probably sounds like I am rubbing it in but v1.14 is a terrific update and should be tried by all.

    The selfish side of me hopes it doesn't delay the Ready to Race pack on console.

    Probably is not their fault (submission of MS has been always longer in comparison with Sony).

    And how are they gonna "lose a hell of lot players"? Are the players of Assetto on XBOX going to die when Dirt 4 is launched?

    My point is that it's very ungrateful to threat the devs.

    Its more that people payd for this game+pass.. We only got one fix in the first month.. After that 9 months of waiting for private lobby settings and stuf and no other updates and still waiting for a update, and i know the devs try too do the best they can, but this is shame..things like private lobby settings and bm and a lot more needs to be in the game from day 1... This game have great potential for league racing.. But not like this. Online racing is no fun with al the crashing i*****.

    Me too. Not sure why Kunos updates keep being rejected when they're supposed to have a TRC provided by Microsoft (and Sony) for the approval process and they should know what's required to make them pass the necessary controls. This is what Alessandro and Fabrizio, both Kunos' devs, explained during a conference in Rome. There could be something else going on behind the scenes, though.

    Not agree. If all the games would have to perform all the features people want, the developers wont be able to end the game never. Private lobbies were confirmed to not be on the game before the release. Kunos should have launched the game on console like it was on PC, because it was promissed. But they didn't have the obligation to add private lobbies, as they werent promissed.

    Kunos is step by step making the game the same as the PC version is. And in the meanwhile, they add quite enough free content and features nobody else offers like custom championships and personalized lobbies with dedicated servers.

    They are fixing the problem with Assetto on consoles. To add that, rewarding the dev that pass by the forums and stay in contact with the constumers with threats, is being ungrateful. Im not agree with that way of saying things.

    I feel sry for the XBone users and I feel sry for us PS4 users as well. I mean it's not Kunos fault on this one. PC have the priority it's understandable that they will get the stuff first but the submission from Sony and MS should be definitely better and quicker IMO.
