1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

I'd play on the safe side. Completely new players with no experience building sim hardware from third world country with crumbling economy. Cannot imagine what kind of support for sold HW they can provide, also skeptical of their manufacturing capacity being able to fulfill even kickstarters.
Wait and watch, that would be my advise.

    Just finished building this rim

Like all my rims it has magnetic shifters, multiple rotary encoders, 2 tumb rotary's and this one also has a dual clutch system.

It's 280mm diameter and its main feature are the large custommade ergonomic handgrips.

It's based on the steering wheel of the Formula X in Pcars2.

Which on its turn is based on the steering wheel of the Audio R8 LMP900.

    It''s called " Formula D'italia"

Holy crap! Those steering wheel are HOT! The Lamborghini wheel looks the best to me, however, that BMW wheel must be so awesome to use considering how many buttons and dials are on the thing. You could probably map everything available to that rim. If I were to use that Bimmer wheel, I would definitely need to print out tiny labels so I can remember what is what. :D I often can't remember where I've mapped certain functions on my DFGT for God's sake... :D

There is 46 inputs on said BMW, Customer is in VR, so im assuming thats why the labels weren't requested. We now offer fully engraved labels like seen on Porshce and the 488(lambo this time)

That’s some seriously nice kit you’ve got there. Loving your work!

I have a large birthday with a zero at the end coming up in a couple of months. My current setup is a rickety, old, secondhand G27 with a knackered gearbox that scares the various cat people we live with every time I go near a kerb. I have already informed the other-half that purchases will be being made; I think I may now have to expand my shopping list.

I’ve got my eye on Fanatec’s new DD Podium wheel (fingers crossed they actually release it soon). I think I heard rumblings of them not using a cable to connect up the electronics with the base. I don’t know much about higher-end kit, is that a new thing? Are there other manufacturers that already do this? I’d love to be able to hook one of your rims up to it.

    100 years? :)
I’ve seen Bluetooth adaptors for wheels used on DD bases, not sure if there are any latency issues though

No latency issues to speak of, We also offer a Bluetooth board fwiw.

The Fanatec as usual will try and keep out modding fingers outta there, They will follow the same mentality they had on CSW base likey, where in which you NEED to have the Base pcb see a Fanatec wheel PCB to Actually function as a FFB base. There are ways to trick the base into thinking there is a wheel attached, but that involves an actual Wheel inline (Universal hub) which jacks the price of an already pricey Custom rim even higher.

So in all out reality, im not sure how the aftermarket will work with the new wheels/Base, How do they plan to have thing's backwards compatible, I highly doubt they would release "podium series" wheels that CANT be backwards compatible with the CSW lineup, so they will likely have both Wired and wireless options, (wired for CSW and lower, and Wireless for Podium)
