1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    - Optimized netcode to prevent certain spikes, causing high pings for all clients
    - Fixed Chat Widget timestamp overflow and timezone
    - Lowered Chat position
    - Fixed nameplate visibility
    - Fixed possible memory leak for long replay recording
    - Increased fov and slightly increased maximum distance of the mirrors
    - Improved AI line at start straight to avoid incidents with cars exiting pitlane
    - Paul Ricard asphalt grip fine tuning
    - Fixed BMW M6 automatic clutch not holding idle at 2nd or higher gear
    - Improved (more permissive) Paul Ricard track limits at T2, T5 and outside of T11

    Silently the game version was already bumped to 0.3.3 (version nr is shown after the launch sequence). Not sure what exactly the intermediate patches fixed though.

    Die Positionsanzeige in der Frontscheibe funktioniert nicht mehr, da wo auch der Name des Fahrers immer wechselt. Aber schon seit letzter Woche.....

    Finally i got to play in multiplayer .
    I saw so many things that i don't know if i should report them. :D

    In server started to rain but the road remained dry. When rain stopped, then it was wet...
    In Bentley i can't read the letters in cockpit.

    Is it fuel bottom right?
    If yes , the number kept rising, so i had negative consumption?:confused:

    Also i still have the issue of rear end spinning when changing gears. transmission wobble still giving problems i guess?

    I feel like color palette and texture plus object streaming on Paul Ricard got improved in the latest hotfix. Track feels and looks nicer, also less flickering in general.

    Made some laps on a server, Misano,clean weather, maybe about 1.00 PM, with the Bentley.

    All very fluid and clean. And the driving, what a joy. Over all, next Gen Racing Sim.

    Watching the replay is Great. Specially that static cameras with the cars speeding by.

    Actually I think that this is really working, all people very careful and responsive on track.

    I followed some advice out of the VR subforum I guess. It suggested to turn on Motion Blur and Vsync...

    Now I have stable 60 fps during night and heavy rain with 16 cars on track with everything at high, except Viewing Distance, AA and Textures at epic.:confused: On my potato.

    Well this engine is something to get used to for a Simracer...

    Yeah, and the funny thing is, I really didn’t notice a difference with blur on/off in the visuals. Just in a HUGHE performance gain...
    Strange but very welcomed. Happy camper here.

    A setting for this would be very welcome, but I'd like to be able to decrease HUD size, to about 30-50%, I guess.

    One of the reasons for me to go 4k in AC.
