1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    hum, not having a second PC, I am using VirtualBox with Windows7 on a Mac.

    After having copied the Broadcast folder to the virtual PC, nothing happens when starting ksBroadcastingTestClient.exe...

    Strange, since this virtual PC works in most cases...

    Second question: assuming I get a proper PC, will the video of the selected car appear on the second PC? Quite amazing from a .exe file of 61KB...

    No, you just control the view on the ACC Computer.
    In this stage, you will need to have an own car on track, but can´t drive it at the same moment.

    I haven't gotten around to trying any of this yet, but wanted to ask there is a function similar to Raceroom, whereby there is an 'auto director' of sorts, rather than it being fixed on a single car unless a user changes focus?

    Basically, in raceroom, you can set it to auto toggle to different cars (and even cameras), completely unattended.
    It uses a bit of logic, such as focusing on cars that are in close proximity (having a battle) and various other aspects and it works a treat.

    Or, is this purely for manual control only?

    An example of this would be the following video (See 25 mins in for race). This was streamed live on a standalone PC with no user interaction for the entire session, the broadcast system handled everything, all camera changes and driver focus.

    uhh if i remember correctly i had issues with ports not being open.. so make sure you open same ports and as soon you click connect it should put you on brodcasting screen.

    EDIT: There is huge possibility this feature does not work as of now...because there way mention from .6 update where dev said it will not working and it is disabled till further improved.

    In the 0.6 update it was said that the Broadcasting API
    (The Broadcasting API is now disabled) so we have 0.7.2 the API is still disabled?

    Hey everyone, I have one complex situation to solve - we want to stream our league race with commentators, but they have only a slow PC. It would hardly run ACC with decent resolution not talking about streaming it. There is another fast computer available with ACC account, but its located in a different city. So I was wondering if it would be possible for commentators to control this computer with ksBroadcasting app? Also, could they be connected to the server as spectators/boradcasters on their own computer in low res to at least see all the switching they are doing in broadcast app?

    yep that was the thought of the concept. You can run multiple broadcasting controller applications with multiple ACC clients, but via internet this ofc. requires ports opened and forwarded, or being in a VPN or similar.

    Yes, in the first tab you can handle multiple connections. Just connect to one client, edit ip/port and connect another time.
    Cmds will be sent to both so they can see the same

    I need multilenguage broadcasting, let's say I plan to give a spectator slot to each commentator.
    Is there a way to force a entry list for spectators? password is still dangerous.
    Is it possible to know steam ID of spectators who took part to it?

    Ill love to see this app working, so Communities like ACC Belgium or Mr Git (just examples) would get a tool to make a Twitchs Server Channel to broadcast 24/24.

    So that way we can enjoy live as spectators, they get known on stream platforms, and whole ACC spreads around.

    Thats my dream.

    (And sparks on MP too)

    Off topic: This game is a ****ing blast, ty devs and drivers
