1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

the reasons i brought this game is because of NSX GT3, and the original roadmap tells me that i can hv it on Feb 2019 but now changes to GTR.
so can i refund now? i even brought the game on the very first day.
if no how long i have to wait for the full product?

You bought the entire game in the alpha state because you thought after 6 months you would get the NSX? We're getting the NSX when the full game releases in another month or two, so I don't see why you're complaining. You've managed to live for this long without it, I'm sure you can manage a bit longer.

Sure. Refund now and pay full price when the game is out and the NSX is in. Exactly what you should have done from the beginning.

Pays 25€ in Early Access, so saves roughly 25€ compared to the full release price.
One car gets replaced with another for maybe 1-2 months until final release and he wants to refund and rather pay 50€ for the released game in March or April. A genius mind that is.

WTF?? Are you even talking seriously? You´re having the NSX when the final game releases in 1-2 months. But hey, if you want to spend 45€ on a game you already have, it´s your money.

wow so much reply, some say this is trolling, yes a bit of.
and i saw some guys said 25€ and 45€, is it really big different? thats more trolling than mine. lol

the roadmap is some kind of "promise" to the customer and they changed without any notice, and u guys sees a problem now?
the promise is like "the team said we will have Zolder a week later" so some Zolder loving guys brought it, however, 3 days later the team changes "hey we dun do Zolder now, we gonna hv Monza first and we will release the full game on Q1 2019."
the team can revise the roadmap so easily, so the game can be released in Q1 as they promise?

u cant deny the possibility theres will be a some true "genius" who do the things as my first thread lol

just cancel the roadmap, thats helpful.

  15. The roadmap is an outline of their plan, not a promise.

Anyways, you have owned to game for too long so a refund isn't going to happen.

You are not a customer until you get the final retail version. Until then you are an early adopter. And no, early adopter and investor is not the same thing. Early adopters get what they get and test it to help make the product better.

Man, how many times will I need to explain this until people get it?

  17. Not that this has anything to do with a roadmap being a promise or not (it isn't), but you are a customer of a business as soon as your money leaves your account and enters theirs.

Let's not start a semantics discussion here :)

The thing is, Kunos was kind enough to give early adopters a detailed roadmap, and that made some people think they had magically become something close to Kunos shareholders by paying 25/35/45 euro. And they think they can demand specific results/features (triple screen/VR users, I'm looking at you) and that they have the right to be angry if the Early Access is not smooth as a baby's butt.

    Hello Guys,

i seriously planned not to comment on those EA winings etc...

But guys, how old are you. I thought the majority of sim racer has an age above 12 or 13 years. They are developing a sim title and as a bonus they let us take part and give us EA for a much discount on the full version. What more do you guys want to have. Sitting next to them while programming??

TBH patience is one of THE things that went down in modern live at this times. How can you complain about a product that from it self says : "
Hey , im not ready yet, but have a look on whats coming."

As a developer i would crunch my desk and go home while kicking random sim winers in the *** on my way . So seriously wait till full release, try it and then complain if nessesary and not before it is even a Produkt... ( or join an RF2 ligue instead or meanwhile and learn gentle behavior...)

    cheers

But they're the best kind of antics.

I have a feeling the average age in here is closer to 30.
