1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    Dynamic as in movable? If so I very much doubt it. I am hoping for an option for a smaller virtual mirror. Who knows with Kunos, never say never...

    It would be cool If we could do that ! Really.
    But no, I mean just dynamic optic for now. For the moment, it's static. If you move, it's always the same perspective.

    examples:





    ps: I know 2 games with that, Pcars 2 and Iracing, Iracing seems for me more realitsic (the distortion from Iracing seems closest to the real life than Pcars2).

    w:cool:w that's really cool. I did not know AC had that ability to even see rear body parts. Is that a VR thing because from memory RHM app does not do that?

    Yeah, it’s part of the custom shader mod, very cool, does take a bit of a performance toll. The model detail in AC is spectacular, I have spent a fair bit of time looking around cars both in and out.

    Often, I move on my seat to see better where are my opponents through them (like in real... thanks VR)... but of course and unfortunately, it doesn't help me :(

    I know F1 2018 has vertical mirror adjustment which is good for when you adjust your seat position up & down. I think they should have also added a horizontal adjustment...

    Thank you for the link. I know of this mod for the lighting effects. I never tried it. Can I ask once you install it can you easily switch it off in the AC UI app menu?

    No worries, I haven’t used it for a little while myself so unsure there. I think you can turn it of fairly easy if you use content manager though

    AC 1 doesn't had this thing, so I'm a little worry about ACC.

    I've pretty much given up hope for this anytime in the near future. Especially to be able to have acceptable performance in VR, which is where you really need the dynamic mirrors. Current hardware really can't handle it as is.
