1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

NVIDIA Freestyle Post Processing coming to ACC

    Was just reading the new driver and GeForce Experience updates and stumbled upon this.

    Seems to be an nvidia post processing plugin that allows us to tweak the look of supported games. My tarded crying about "no tweakable PP filter in ACC like we were used to in old AC" are gonna be coming to an end bois. :D

    It does not work just yet in ACC, but I tested it on old AC and it is quite nice and easy to use, tons of things you can tweak. Interface looks like this for example, many more tweakable things in there that are not shown in the screenshot -

    Maybe I'm the only one to get much excitement out of silly stuff like this but now I cannot wait for full release so that I can do this proper :p

    Apologies for posting here but maybe this is apt.

    Is anyone else experiencing problems with NVIDIA? I went to check to see if I could update drivers to try to improve settings and every time I tried to open GeForce experience I got an error code 0001 or something similar. It says reboot and try to connect but alas kept getting same message

    Any info welcome

    Go to start menu and type services.msc -

    Find the NVIDIA Container services -

    Right click on each one of them, go to properties, and change their "Log On" tab from "This Account" to "Local System Account".

    If that does not work, maybe perform a clean driver install after uninstalling the current driver and geforce experience using display driver uninstaller tool. It is a good tool for doing clean installs.

    i definitely have nothing against blue tint while playing but i definitely understand people who do and it will be very interesting what people will manage with this new setting, it could really improve the realistic color palette.

    Also raytrace is coming with last drivers for series 10 cards. Correcty implemented (scalability on three levels) has no performance penalty on medium (based on shadow of tomb rayder: raytrace on medium good results and less than 5 fps penalty)
