1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

With nvidia cards all you really need to do is increase the power target and let the card do it’s own thing. I get just under 2Ghz core on a 1080ti and I have done nothing

It's at 1950-1980 MHz ingame, so I could try +195 MHz via Afterburner. Thing is that Afterburner seems to have some problems with other games (makes them crash). But yea for ACC I'll try that and report what amount of FPS I could gain sometime. Pretty busy atm :/

On what graphic settings please ?
It's a 2080Ti and yet the figures are not that high for the resolution.

It's pretty much as high as it gets in this benchmarks. 200 + FPS are just not possible in ACC with current HW.

Going by the results of this 1080 p benchmark, you will gain 30 to 35 % FPS.

    Hi Schorni,

I will re-test this myself and report back. Performance for some other users has also gone down a little bit. Also, the crash reports have increased, recently. ACC seems to have become even more sensitive to GPU OC.

Thank you. I will report you tomorrow when i will have the card.
    I have changed from i5 9600k 1080ti to i9 9900k 2080ti.

I had micro freeze at high framerate...not stable...

And now I have only the new CPU, I can tell you the i5 9600k bottlenecked hard the 1080ti.....don't trust the tests on youtube...they all say they have the same results...it's wrong.

Just with Dirt rally 2 i have +20 fps with only the new CPU....and BFV is so smooth.

There's no performance decrease for me. It's the same as before:

GPU benchmark run with +180 MHz core, +600 MHz VRAM, +14% power limit
    14-02-2020, 12:55:34 AC2-Win64-Shipping.exe benchmark completed, 5409 frames rendered in 59.359 s
    Average framerate : 91.1 FPS
    Minimum framerate : 66.4 FPS
    Maximum framerate : 137.5 FPS
    1% low framerate : 65.1 FPS
    0.1% low framerate : 64.4 FPS

In 3DMark, the Results are now slower too. I am assuming that the last two Versions of the AMD driver have slowed the System down.
The Settings for the automatic Overclocking of the Video Memory are now unusable with the Reference Card. They are too high, the System crashes immediately. Automatic overclocking of the GPU is also too high and unstable.

@LeDude83 do you have any data for a 1080 (non ti)? I'm looking for an upgrade with maybe some VR capabilities and my options at the moment are a 1080 or a 2070

Expect the 1080 to achieve 95-100 FPS in this benchmark, just like the 2070.

Damnit the GTX1660 (non-TI) is incredibly good value for ACC, in Full HD:

    Core +100 MHz
    VRAM +1000 MHz

    Average framerate : 67.4 FPS
    Minimum framerate : 49.2 FPS
    Maximum framerate : 102.9 FPS
    1% low framerate : 47.1 FPS
    0.1% low framerate : 45.5 FPS

For a 230 € GPU, really good results.
