1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

I think it would be ok in Kunos' terms if we get 1 reading of tyres, pads and discs wear after every outing, but no constant sampling of wear as it is not possible in real life

That's exactly what I would love to find.

Thanks, but out of context, that was only to confirm the two laps were the same.

I have a work around for the one file per outing well at least be file per session. I haven’t tried this per outing yet. What I did after say fp1 was change the telemetry laps back to zero before going to fp2. Then once fp2 starts hit drive and then menu back to pits right away then change the telemetry laps back up to 30. This creates a new file for fp2.

also I requested this feature while live with aris drives YouTube feed. Said he’d look into it but maybe he forgot and I assume has other things on his plate

@Aristotelis: Would you mind having a look into that again? Thanks in advance.

    Hey,

i think in damper settings is a bug...i take some screenshots...the interesting thing for u is FR damper...look at setup screen and the look motec...all good. i did one click to 25 in rebound and did some laps...
i can confirm that it isnt the ride height. FFT´s looks good.
    Track: Brands Hatch
    Car: Bentley 2018
can someone explain why or can confirm

  7. Can you give more details? You mean the car does not touch the ground, when you mentioned ride heights? Probably one click does not that much, considering the range of values is that large

look damper_ok pic FR slow rebound...if u wann go 1% up u have to click 1-2 in setup up. i cklicked 1 up and it goes totally down to 34%...i tested it till 40 and it never comes to that point it was before.

  9. Rebound contributes to raise up the middle part of the graph, by decreasing it, you lost also that.
That's the way it should work.
    I miss your point

i changed from 24 to 25 in setup rebound and that comes out to motec

i can do it with LF damper slowrebound to...change from 24 to 25 and it´s gone

How many clean laps have you analyzed ? You need 5/6 clean laps selected to look at the damper histograms to really see the influence of few clicks, the more laps the best the result you look at.

  12. Did you make other changes?

    nope only that click
i know that i should do more laps...its just to look if it´s existing or not, got it on other tracks too

  14. In the first lap tyres are not even in temperature. Which means you have different behaviour

Stefan, Salvatore is absolutely right, tyres are a spring too, so underinflated they will skew your histogram towards rebound as damping force remains constant but less spring force. So place 10 clean laps, select the last 6 laps and you'll get good comparable values between two similar runs.

omg guys...i got 1300h in acc and drove 700h porsche...i learned a lot from that beast

pls just try it, u can do it with audi also...was the same

  17. Does anybody have a file with all of the track maps (acc_base/track maps folder) as mine are just generating random circles.

Read a fix earlier in thread about editing the file and making sure the Venue field is filled in,but it already is.

  18. Guys I have a technical question.
Tomorrow I'm going to race in Hungaroring with 7c temperatures for both air and track.
You think I should run very low psi? I was having a good behaviour with 25.5 psi at regime.
Or probably 29 psi? Which of the two are going to make my temperatures higher?
    Thank you guys

if u drive more then it will drop down to 28...which psi it is, u should try

i would drive more, so i land to 28psi "hot"

  20. Edit:Sorted, not needed now.
