1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

I hope they don't destroy the flow of Zandwoort in this rebuild for F1 :(

Damm, the season 2 of "Drive to Survive" is really good. I have only seen the first episode, but amazing so far.

Incorrect. That GT2 class is long dead. The new GT2 class is similar to GT4 in terms of the production basis except the cars are way jacked up HP wise.

GT3 and GTE are basically the same, GTE cars are just modified GT3. Yes the basic structure and suspension and engine mounting points of a GT3 car are the same as the road car, as well as the engine but the engine is detuned and the cars modified to have a similar power to weight ratio. And while yes those mount points are the same, "most things" are not shared as they have their own braking systems, bodywork, etc.

Yes. The wider Tarzan and steeper banking into Hugenholtz looks exciting also.

These changes should benefit all classes of racing that use the circuit, as will the modern facilities being built. It’s been hard to overtake even in touring cars, it’ll be interesting to see if these changes make for better racing, will it be difficult to defend these corners now?

May be a more flowing drive but I don't really like the changes in addition to the camber increases and pit exit.

At T5 after the first "banking" the bumpy kerb and connection road for the small circuit are gone, so now it's just a regular track section instead of the choice of staying on line or going wider over the kerb either gaining time or risking unsettling the car or getting your tyres dirty on the grass and sand. At T12 there's now just asphalt run-off and a boring wall. T14-15 the run-off is gone and now it's just a boring wall. There's just a few places with view at the dunes left, everything else is walled off. Still one of the more interesting circuits compared to anything modern but quite removed from what it once was.

The final banking at Kumhobocht is both interesting and clever for F1. I'd say this will easily be flat throttle for F1 therefore increasing the start/finish straight without taking up anymore real estate. This little track might surprise, proving we don't need Tilke inspired designs.. It will be interesting to see where they place the DRS zone.

Hopefully one day we get a version of it in AC<?>..

I was concerned but the results look spectacular. The drivers who have had a run round so far seem excited.

Only 13 cars today running GT World Challenge America at COTA. Kinda week, I remember that series being healthier last year.

SRO should run the Monza event in ACC. Even if just for the show.

Thats actually an awesome idea. Maybe have a gamer tournament before, have all the pro teams run it, and add in the gamer team as a wildcard entry.
