1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    the online game mode does not work.
    I bought the game a long time ago and I was never able to play online I've tried everything they said here on the forum and it never worked I hope answers from the game developer I want an answer or a refund for the money

    I did the restore, keeping games, not keeping games, and I’m still told there are no servers. Real odd. And frustrating. Only game in play, and enjoy it only online. Boo

    Ive rebooted the router. Reset Xbox, ensured NAT is open. Running out of options........there must be an answer as others can get online....arrrgghhh!

    I have had the game for a long time and the servers always worked, it feels like a year that i m having issues with that, it's funny how i read ppl not being able to play this on their xbox one x's but being able to do so on their og xbox one's. Mine is an og xbox one

    Hey guys just give up on the game and play project cars or something. Reporting doesnt work because their support guy just copy and paste the same b.s. message I bought the game like 3 or 4 weeks ago and have only played online once but they dont care it's apparently our problem to fix. And they "haven't recieved any other reports of this problem"

    Hello there, having same problem here. (living in CYPRUS/NORTHERN), when I first installed the game I had chance to see servers as in EU region but right now, I can't see servers (competitive) and saying me "not available in your region" I bought this game for competitive version because most likely to GT. Any suggestions to fix this problem? Because I don't want to play in community servers. Thank you.
