1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    somehow you're both right - @SimGuy_1 and @David Danser -
    but if i look at what people do with their money in this world, then 25 dollars for setups is the smallest problem. david is having fun and that is crucial. the nice thing is - he can't buy victories with it, he buys joy. all good

    Spot on, I never expected to suddenly be fast with these setups. The car is just more stable which made me more concistent and faster overall. Especially the consistency made me enjoy the game more. Less errors and better races.

    I can think of a lot of worse things I spent my money on.

    Anyway we are going far away from what the OP wanted :D Again a big thanks to Kunos, the feels I have when driving this game is what I dreamt when I played F1 challenge 99-02 on my FFB-less wheel when I was a kid. maybe sometimes dreams do really come true !

    Game V.S real totally different things...PLUS its not like real drivers are clueless about setup.
    racing driver have to know as much as possible about their car.
    don't hide laziness in disguise of no knowledge.

    I was about to say something very similar - @SimGuy_1 I think it's pretty poor form making judgements like that without knowing someone's individual circumstances.

    As it happens I'm in pretty much the same boat as @David Danser - 2 young kids, FT job etc. I get a quick run sim racing in the evenings but that's about it. And guess what? I was thinking about dropping $25 on what I assume is some setups from the same vendor. Partly because on MP servers I'd rather be more towards the front after qually as I'm fed up of being taken out on lap 1, and partly because at the moment I don't have the time to invest on learning the complexities of setup - I have tried without success and in fact a few decent setups would actually help in understanding what difference the settings make.

    The talk of being a "true enthusiast" makes me roll my eyes and assume you're a bit immature. Which would probably be wrong as I don't know your individual circumstances...

    Me also want to say thank you for this fantastic DLC for an already great simulation. These cars drive, look and sound absolute brilliant. Very well done from everyone who was involved and big thanks again.

    Like i already said in another thread, i really really hope that the British GT pack will not be the last addon for ACC.
