1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    Ah yes, very true . . .

Does sound like a different issue than just the shear amount of files being generated.

  2. The weird channels aren't in 1.4
The double-file-per-session bug still is here

    But thanks for 1.4!

It looks to now be putting the number of laps in the file name too, after the car name (highlighted below).

Track map/report is missing and can`t generated, despite having glat and corrdistance.

EDIT - Track map is back. I was trying to re-generate track with lap 1 which had no data. Selected an actual lap and could generate the track again. User error! :p

  4. After reseting my PC and reistalling ACC and MoTeC, I don't have any MoTeC folder in the ACC folder. Can somebody please pass me the base_ACC folder?

I have put Naujoks workspace too, you can try it if you want !

  7. Hey Guys, I play a lot with motec actually and love the data you get from ACC.

One thing I don't get into my workspace is ride height. How can i visualize the Ride Height of the car to indicae if the car is pushing to the bottom with the rear or the front. I have trouble to feel it through my FFB itself.

TX a lot in advance :)

  8. You can't if you want a realistic value, but iirc, if you know your ride height in game and you substract your suspension height (wich you have on MoTeC) you can get an aproximate value. Just do a math channel and do (Your ride height in the front for example) - ((your suspension height LF+your suspension height RF)/2).

In the file I posted earlier, there is an ACC_RBR Workspace. If you go to the tyre detail worksheet, the ride height is available for each 4 wheels like this :

  10. Cool, but @Ronny Rademacher , keep in mind that that is always assuptioms, we don't really know those values

You're right, here is the math behind those channels :
    for rear wheels : upload_2020-6-2_19-43-24.png

and for front wheels : upload_2020-6-2_19-44-2.png

You could theoretically get the true value by changing the value in the formula and still use the same worksheet.

    Hi all,

I'm trying to work with wheel rate in Aston Martin in Monza. I've stopped the car in the straight before parabolic to measure the rire height. When I use Motec with NewBase workspace to analyze it I found some discrepancies (my ride height on the sim is rear: 56mm front: 55mm).

When I'm stopped without braking the ride height shows 59mm at the front and 79mm at the rear. In the same position if I push the brake the ride height is 36 mm at the front and 56 mm at the rear.

What's happend? I'm very confussed because I'm stopped without any pitch variation,

    Thanks in advance

  13. That seems to me as a math problem in your motec workspace, because there's no way just pushing the brake pedal would make your car lower

I think so, but I've assumed that it was ok because I'm using ACC_New_Base. I'll check it

I have the problem that loading a lap only shows one big lap (having telemetry of many laps) instead of braking it down in the list to consecutive laps.
This only happens when I get a telemetry file from someone else. It works flawless with my own files. Apparently something called beacons is missing.

Sorry if this has already be answererd somewhere but I was not able to find anything with the search.
    Thank you!

Hi Chris, it's because only the .ld file is sent to you, the data file, the guy needs to send the .ldx file as well it's where the indexes are. ;)

[/QUOTE]

But what are those numbers (69, 26.19, 51, 21.83) indicating?

  19. 69 and 51 are the values that you have in game, no idea the others

One is your static ride height set in the set up screen, the other one is the suspension travel when the car is static (red in telemetry). One pair of these values per axle ofc.
