1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    I haven't been able to join for more than 1 week due to the server full error despite trying every day. Due to a lack of participation my cp rating has gone from 70 to 36, so for sure not competing does cause a reduction of rating.
    I presume this is not a fault but rather it is a lack of server capacity, and/or an inadequate process to correctly manage the number of people registering.

    In last few weeks CP rating is on rollercoaster. I've not raced at CP servers for two weeks and my rating went from 61 to 15 in first week, then this week automatically back to 61 again, two days back to 31 and yesterday back to 61. So as usual, rating is on magic mushrooms, so to speak.
    However don't worry guys, they fix it for sure, be patient.

    that its nice, but CP servers are not working. "server full issue" you know? so its a nice calendar which shows the tracks, we can NOT race, because CP is f**cked :p

    My apologies guys! Kunos did some changes in their pattern. We’ll fix it in minute and for next months we probably wait until third day of month before publishing.

    I was asking because since the 1.2 we've had more hours added to normal CP races, what a bummer that this isn't the case with the endurance ones... At least another at 16:00 CET or something like that would be great...

    I don't know what's happened to the CP calendar (EU) but all today's races @ Suzuka seem to be cancelled and all I've got is an 11 hour countdown to Silverstone. No matter, I like Silverstone, will just have to wait till 11pm (BST).

    I just realised its listing US CP servers. Tried restarting ACC, then Steam then PC but no, apparently I've emigrated. Time to put on a stetson and start waving the stars & stripes.
