1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

Thanks to Kunos and Steam. [pricing grievance - publisher issue]

1. Well first I want to thank Kunos and Steam for making Brazilians and especially Argentines pay even more than an American for the GT4 DLC, I read a post by friend Wedge_One and I understood why we have the price of DLC gt4 in this absurdity, the lack understanding of purchasing power for people who say "friend of Brazilians" is totally contradictory, the game here in Brazil costs 75.49BRL, which is equivalent to 7.99% of the Brazilian minimum wage, this means that the GT4 DLC passes 8%. An American pays 24 Dollars which is equivalent to 1.9% of the minimum American wage, nor will I enter the question of the percentage of Americans and Brazilians who earn minimum wage, because here it exceeds 50% of the population, neither will I enter into the question of the value of the Brazilian Real compared to the dollar that goes over 5 BRLs, how to multiply something by 3x? as suggested by the "friend of Brazilians", before trying to compare fair prices in a country, always look at purchasing power, using Reiza for example is not a parameter, as Reiza's sales in Brazil with AMS2 do not even reach 20% of the total sold to date, as the game at 119.99BRLs is expensive for many Brazilians, sales of AMS2 are concentrated in the USA and Europe, once again showing that they do not have the minimum knowledge to speak of the Brazilian market, well it is yes, thank you Kunos, thank you Steam, thank you to Wedge_One for showing in a very wrong way what is the global economy and especially the Brazilian economy.

Do your research, it is not Kunos who does pricing and this topic is already existent, reported and answered.

Today I paid 30 USD for 2 cars in iRacing. ACC is really cheap (and has better car models).

There's a few things that need to be noted to give this situation some perspective.
1. This is a biggy - Kunos/505 can charge whatever they want for their software, you do not have the right to buy it at any price other than the price offered to you. Sales/purchasing is a negotiation, if you do not come to an agreement on price you as the purchaser can decide not to buy it.
2. You have no idea what their overhead cost per copy of this DLC, or any of their software is. I can tell you right now if I want to sell something that owes me $20, I'm certainly not going to take a loss on it just because a certain country has lower wages that make it expensive for them.
3. Kunos/505 can charge whatever they want for their software.
4. You have no idea what their cost of ongoing service is to Brazil. The overhead cost of producing the DLC isn't Kunos's total cost. They have ongoing expensive providing servers and only service (like lobbies/stats/and maintenance of these). Why would they charge $10 for something that over the next 12 months might cost them $20 overall?
5. Kunos/505 can charge whatever they want for their software.
6. They may have lost money over time on the base game in Brazil and are now positioning future releases at a different price point as a result.
7. Kunos/505 can charge whatever they want for their software.
8. They might make the decision to sell the game cheap to gain users, and then make their profit on the DLC - they are well within in their rights to do this. Game console manufacturers often sell the hardware at a loss and then make their money on the games.
9. Kunos/505 can charge whatever they want for their software.

7. and unresolved ... for the final consumer, it doesn’t matter whose fault it is, if it’s someone else’s fault that determines the price, Kunos is guilty of doing nothing.
8. it doesn't matter if I have it or not, I'm talking about thousands of players from both countries.
10. I've never read so much nonsense ... rsss must be a fanboy and be no more than 15 years old to write such a thing, the main thing, you think your country is the only one that exists on the planet, even though no gaming company thinks the same you, because if we think like that we would be playing Snes until today ...

11. First of all, I'm in the UK, purchased ACC in early access, Intercontinental GT Pack and now GT4's for less than £55 all in!! Now that's the cost of a single Xbox One PS4 new release title. :)

I certainly can't and won't complain about that, but why should someone living in Brazil for instance, have to pay so much for the same title?!!:( There's no physical discs to import/export, no shops etc needing to buy x amount of units, just Steam selling a download!! I honestly don't understand this and I feel for those people it effects and people from the countries like mine, shouldn't be kicking them whilst they're down!! If it were on the other foot, we'd be plenty peeved too!!

But, that's true - on iRacing no one cares if you're from US, Brazil or Zimbabwe. I repeat - ACC is not expensive at all and it's even cheaper than Brazilian AMS2 :)

Curious, how does Ferrari price their cars in Brazil? Is it relative to the income?

Point is the price is heavily based on expenses such as salary’s, rent etc in the country’s those expenses are incurred.

17. I am Brazilian I did not find the price abusive. It is just because of the quality we get back in the product.

All this complaint is that before it was very cheap for us. Now that the new DLC has come at the right price they are crying.
