1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    Track: Silverstone 67

    The 599 feels like a racecar but it only has the setup adjustments of a streetcar. I’m not sure how that computes but this car is a monster. Silverstone 67 is a track that hasn’t been used for quite awhile - hahah, but the ferrari rails around the corners here and its a pretty quick lap.

    How to take part - Hot lap:

    To enter, select Drive > Hotlap, choose the and the Monza circuit. Please setup the session using the settings below:
    Mode: Hotlap Monza
    Time of day: Free
    Ambient Temp: Free
    Setup: Free
    Controller: Free
    Assists: Factory
    Stability: Free

    You can run as many laps as you like and update your times as often as you like, it’s simple All Platforms are welcome, it is all about having fun and enjoying Assetto Corsa.


    To submit a time, pause the game and select 'session' from the menu and screenshot this page or take a photo of your screen and post it in this thread - Note all the information from the screen is required including temperature, mode heading and of course the car being used!


    Please post video clips and share information in here as well, but without the session screen your time will not be included (placing the session screen in a video clip is acceptable).

    “I was tempted to go all England V Italy for this week’s challenge, in reflection of the upcoming Euro 2020 final, but actually I’m also a bit of Rugby fan, and I’d hate to overlook the current British & Irish Lions tour of South Africa. I also know from my playing days there is nothing like playing rugby, in the dark, under floodlights in the rain! So this week challenge is a reflection of that, where we will be taking the best of British (sorry Ireland!) to conquer some tough South African conditions.


    It’s a proper hot stint this week, so we’re looking for the total laps + time, not the single best lap which we have been doing lately.

    After seeing goodgames setup and you guys all stating what a difference a solid rig makes - I’m going to start the ‘proper rig’ journey. I’ve committed (and have permission form the wife, which is impressive considering my last major purchase) to convert a part of my dressing room to sim racing. I did think about the office, but the temptation to keep on playing could mean a severe lack of clients by the end of the year, which would probably not be the best of decisions.

    The journey begins.

    Awesome news!

    If you're building your own then 2x4, 2x6, 2x8s, and plywood will get you a rig cheap. Just be vey accurate with your cuts.

    If you're buying one then you'd probably just want to do it right the first time and get a Sim Lab p1x.
