1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

Where best lap times are located in game folders?

Ok, pretty much what the title asks.
I seems I have trouble finding where the best lap times are stored locally in the game. I need the text data, not the best times displayed in game.
Any idea where to look, good people? :)

They should be in the documents, but I'm afraid I've lost mine by cleaning up the installation directory via steam after 1.0. So include this in your search.

There is also a folder at My Documents/Assetto Corsa/savedData/driverPerformances but I have no idea how it is supposed to be read.

Or maybe it's that: Documents\Assetto Corsa\ctelemetry\player ?? But it's an extention .tc which I don't know how to open.

I was also looking for my times but didnt find them anywhere. I had to delete the whole Assetto Corsa in my documents and then the times got deleted. So yeah, they should be somewhere in documents but I have no clue where. :/ Let us know if you find them.

I asked this ages ago, and never got an answer. There is a file with your last sessions times, in documents/assettocorsa/out called race_out.json.

And since some update (I haven't looked here in ages), there is now a file being created called laps.ini which has only your sector times in a much tidier format than is shown in the .json file. The .json file shows times and sectors for all cars in the session.

Note, these files only show your last session data, nothing historical.

Well this is not what I am looking for.
I need all my lap times in plain text, like in a table or at least a datasheet!
So it seems because the files from Documents\Assetto Corsa\ctelemetry\player are encrypted files, which is understandable, there is no just plain text file with the numbers.
Which is inconvenient at least. :(

    C:\Users\Pieter\Documents\Assetto Corsa
Then it is the file Personalbest.ini

If your time was 60 000 then your time was 1 minute.
    60 = 60 seconds.
if you have 1:08.356 Then in the file it would be like 68356
And if you have 1:18.356 it would be 78356
