1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

MP: open a server's welcome screen in the lobby, before joining the server!

The objective of my suggestion is making MP servers' welcome page more useful. There are so many mods around and the best thing would be making it easy for us to download the mods before joining a server. If the server admins just put the links to the mods in the welcome page and allow me to open it from the lobby and click the links, well that's helpful.

    NOW:
From the menu -> click "online" to access the lobby -> click on a server from the list -> select the car and click "join" once finished loading, you see the welcome page of that server (that usually has info on rules, cars/tracks mods used etc.). You can just read the page, you can't click any link and once you click somewhere it's gone.

    INSTEAD:
From the menu -> click "online" to access the lobby -> click on a server from the list -> Click the button "about" or "info" to open the welcome page -> read the info and if there is any link to download mod cars or tracks just click the link and download the mod. -> when done, enter the server and play.

Just add a button named "info" near the server's name, and if I click just download the html page from the server. The page links are active, if I click on a link it just switches to the desktop and opens the default web browser. It should behave like an html page with links. This way I can learn about the server before I join, and more importantly if there are any links to download stuff I can do that immediately.

Does that make sense? Hope it does, thanks!

Great idea! Would be nice to know more info about the servers you join and this would make it easier to even get modded cars and tracks to race with/on. Also how much grip%, damage%, tyre wear% and so on.

Could be a nice alternative to Steam workshop integration, because I doubt this will ever happen.
We still don't see many mods used online, all the time Spa, Nords & co, which are crowded.
