1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

Logitech G920 Issue

    Ok so i am having issue with my G920 not working at all. I can power up the Xbox One no issues and navigate around fine in the Xboxs home screens no problems. As soon as i open Asseto corsa the wheel will not comunicate at all apart from the Xbox button.

    I have done Logitechs restarting method for the wheel but no difference at all.

    I have a Fanatec CSW with CSL wheel and I need to turn the wheel OFF then ON when in pits so the pedals start working. Some bug in game.

    My g920 wheel feels good but it sometimes spins and then sometimes doesnt spin back sometimes the wheel doesnt spin back when i let go of the wheel while drifting been like that since i bought it brand new aswel

    Hi, my G920 works but with rotation problems (XB1, systematics : the rotation doesn't depend on the car model like on PC)... in case it helps you, mine is updated with the latest firmware from Logitech (via LGS on PC).

    My firmwre number is 96.3.49 (checked today). I use my G920 on both my laptop (Win 10) and my XB1, so the answer is yes.
    When you use the Logitech Gaming Software (LGS) and plug your wheel on your computer, the software automatically update the firmware version (if not the last). You can download the LGS last version on the official Logitech page : http://support.logitech.com/en_us/software/lgs

    Hi All. Sorry to drag up an old post... did you find a fix for this? Got AC today, and have the same issue. G920 only button working is the xbox button. Not functioning at all other than that.

    Works fins with PC2, and in the Xbox One menus.

    Did anyone find a fix for this? I've got a G920 on Xbox and only the buttons work, no steering input and no pedals work.

    I've tried the unplugging 'solution' and it didn't work for me.

    Steering wheel works fine on F1 2020. It's just ACC that it doesn't work with

    Sorry for the double post, I couldn't edit the previous.

    So I got the wheel to work on my SO's account, but the wheel won't work on my account. I had to accept T&C's on hers where on my account I started with a controller. Does anyone think that maybe if I deleted the local data on the Xbox that this could work?
    Sorry haven't had any time to test this out

    I had this issue with my new G920 + XSX + ACC. I figured out that for the wheel to work when I opened ACC, I needed to "Exit" ACC when last played. To exit the game, hit the Xbox button, highlight ACC, hit Start and then select Quit. Once ACC is opened again, the wheel works completely.

    I've had this issue since getting a new Series S.

    Only way I can get it to work is to unplug the USB and reattach. But I need to do this with my controller turned on. Seems to be a handshake issue between the wheel and the controller.

    This and my Arctis 1 wireless headset rarely connecting from start up is the only downside to my new Series S. Didn't have any of these issue with my old standard xbox one.....
