1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    Cool combo, the turbo sounds awesome. I like cars that drift a lot and this one certainly likes to drift! Funny thing is though, the fastest way around basically means that you have to be smooth enough to not drift.
    So I guess I love not drifting in cars that are great at drifting :confused:

    The car doesn't like braking, does it? Particularly turn two (the Andretti hairpin). Every time the wheels lock up. I've tried adjusting the brake bias and brake power, without any success.

    It's been one of those frustrating days. I made steady progress yesterday, clocking the time I posted. Today, I can't get close to the ghost car. Doubly frustrating because I won't get another opportunity with this combo after today.

    I need to say I have this very unpleasant feeling, that I have no clue how to drive this car (and track as well probably). Everytime I think I found a new way to go faster, soon I discover that I actually haven't :D My times accross sessions are so undpredictable... I don't even bother reducing amoun of fuel, as it has no impact at all in front of my inconsistency...

    Daniel Perez goes sub 1.30 in a challenge that PC players are taking a sweep at;4 of the top 4 are keyboard players (i know,i know,you guys have wheels - except for Fab85 because he's too hardcore for that.How on earth did you manage a 1.30 with a ds4?)

    My first ever entry - just couldn't resist the sound of the Quattro :D
    So hard to be consistent here - kept nearly getting about another 5 tenths off my PB, but kept messing it up in one place or another (or four!).
    But also a joy to be sideways in this car ;)
    NB: I hope this is the right format for the screenshot... am slightly confused because it doesn't seem to prove that I wasn't using assists.
    Edit2: damn, am screwing something up cos my screenshot is so small it's unreadable... now using cropped version instead. Forum won't seem to let me upload full resolution image - what's the magic button for this? :)

    @Neilski @the_stig90 @sissydriver on "more options" button, there is another "upload a file" option,that one should work :) sorry guys,it's not that i dont trust your honesty but i cant consider laptimes without pictures/videos.
    @Neilski your picture is good ;) about driving assists,its virtually impossible to enforce that.unless someone uploads an entire vídeo from the moment they choose the car and track,there is no way to prove the lap was done with factory assists.The most a person can get here is some kuddos and a couple of likes, so cheating on assists is only cheating yourself.
