1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    i have cars added and tracks in assettto corsa

    i was trying to start my launcher i get this error message an unforeseen has event caused the assetto corsa launcher to retire from the race a memory dump and log files have been generated in C:\Users\Beheerder\Documents\Assetto Corsa\Logs\ would you like to create a zip file to submit a report?
    It might take a minute to collect and compress the data

    Then I guess you have to check your Steam account, because right now it says that you are "Unlicensed".
    Compare your forum badge with other users here in the forum: in the lower part you can read which content they own related to AC (in my case you can see D1 D2 D3 JP RP 3P
    P1 P2 P3 FP RTR). if you bought the game, your badge should show white color instead of red, and not the word "Unlicensed".

    I don't know what it is, did you check if you can find a serial number or whatever on the Cd, to register the product on Steam? (but really I am guessing, no idea if it works like that).

    I have no idea if you have a problem or not. I hope someone from support will chime in and give you better info than mine about licensing, that's the first thing to sort out. Right after we can discuss all the possible bugs and problems and I am pretty sure someone will help you find a solution.

    You do not have Assetto Corsa purchased as far as our system can tell. Link a valid steam account with a purchased version of Assetto Corsa in order to be able to post in this forums again.

    If you've purchased it but it did not link correctly, change your Steam privacy settings to show the games you own, as they're currently hidden as can be seen here:

    Regarding this, since I'm from The Netherlands I'll tell you that bol.com (dutch webshop) only sells the PS4 version of Assetto Corsa. In case you've purchased that version, you are only eligible to play Assetto Corsa with a PS4. If you want to play it on PC, purchase the Steam version as mentioned above.
