[Poll] Misano: What is your pace?

1:37.739 as pb and low 38's as pace, I like the track. Short and tricky .

 

Lower or higher ABS setting?

I have tried both safe and aggressive setups now and for me the aggressive one is easily the faster one, without being much harder to control or drive consistently.
My best lap with safe setup was 1:34.7 and I don't think I can get much more out of it .
My best lap with aggressive setup is 1:34.353 and there are several tenths to find. I'm sure it can go below a 1:34 laptime.

I struggle a lot with turn 10 with either setup. I often don't get it right and lose loads of time as a result and I'm not directly certain what I can do get it optimally or at least take that turn good in a consistent manner.

 

PB 1.38.085 with a Xbox One Controller, want to get down to high 1.37.xx Pace 1.39.xx

PB 1:37:500 , with only a few laps done, so i think that for me 1 second faster is it possible(-;

 

Weirdly im alot closer at race pace then i am in a hotlap

While prev i was running 1:55:8 pb(hotlap) in nurburgring and a race pace of 1:57:8-1:58:2(quick race)

now at misano 1:36:2 pb (hotlap) and a race pace of 1:36:4-1:37:2 (quick race) quick race should have less grip right?

 

My PB is 1:34.377 with aggressive setup modified

 

My PB 1.34.1 and top 20 (aggressive setup with very littles changes)
For first time i have feeling that i can battle for top 5,can improve a lot.

Strange because i've never loved (and chosed) giant cars on online league on past with all past games

 

8 for ABS - on another note similar to Nesja i can make 3-4 tenths on this time in first half of track but turn 10 and 16 are killing me - just cannot find consistency with those 2 turns

 

1:34:9 for me....love this track and the Bentley, fun to be able to really attack the curbs at this track....

1:35.277 - so down the leaderboard that is't not worth mentioning

 

Managed to improve to 1:34.068 with aggressive setup.


Also did a hotstint, with aggressive setup. The hotstint event was very fun and felt very satisfying as you can go faster lap after lap.

Interesting to see how different your turn in points and gear selection is to my own, but the lap time similar.
I would think this means there might be quite a bit of time left to find.

 

Hi guys! I'm so frustrated after the sprint race with wet track.. in dry session i can hit 1.38.xxx, not so good but is ok. In wet condition i can't find the pace.. finished the race 1.08.xxx from the fisrt car. Any tips??

Around 1:38-37. Using aggressive as default base but then changing brake bias, increasing slow bumps rear and front as well as reducing preload by one click.

This is a weird boring track that I don't like at all. I think T12 makes for the only difficuly and interesting spot because of how careful you have to be with the breaks and when to use them before T13, at least with the Lamborgini.

Also, the fact that a bumper camera which always served to give you the fastest and most precise of the feelings when driving around is missing ain't helping me much to like this also new track to me.

I wonder If bumper camera is being implemented in future builds. I just don't understand its absence, and it is a bit worrying not seeing it among the others in these first builds.

 

Best lap in Misano is 1.36.4, a lot of room to improve. I just started, two weeks ago, this sim racing in general. I have driven sims before, like 10-15 years ago...things have changed since. However, I have been doing track days and racing for 10 years now, so it helps a bit. Pace is around one second more

I've put around 4 hours into Misano with the Boatley and absolutely love it. I can feel a real rhythm through the corners that I don't get when driving the Nurb (1.55 lambo).

Never raced this circuit before but it's already one of my favourites

 

One of the things of getting tracks as If little dose by dose is that you end up racing and somehow end up liking it a lot once you see you are starting to get used to and going fast on it.

However, and despite racing on it over and over again (because it is the newest track after Nurb) and having more or less learnt it already, I still don't get to like it. I don't think I dislike this new to me track more than Zolder which is also coming, but I'd certainly put this track down the list along with the aforementioned. Or perhaps I end up liking Zolder the way it is going to be done in acc I don't know.
