【wish】would we have more mainstream street car in the future?

Yeah, if a 488 GTB is mainstream, you must come from a very different place than the rest of us .Why hot hatches, why supercars? I'd want to see a VW Up, or a Ford Ka in the game, those kind of cars that lose half their speed on the uphill portions of the Nordschleife.Jokes aside, I seriously cannot wait for the Toyota license bundle to take form, the Supra, Celica and AE86 will be great to have in-game.Sure, I'd like to see a Megane RS or a VW Golf GTI/R, but I don't think that's the developers priority right now.As far as I'm concerned, this game isn't perfect til' I can get some sort of naturally aspirated flat-6 singing up to 9000RPM while sliding its beautiful heavy bottom around .

 

I'm not sure what Kunos's priority is, it's certainly not obvious.

 

I personally am not here for roadcars. I do appreciate some of them, I find it interesting to drive the road version of a car and then the race car version, but apart from that curiosity I'm not massively into road cars. I think the massively iconic cars like the F40, Countach, Ferrari 458 etc are good to have. However I personally would rather see more racing cars and historic racing cars, specifically touring cars.

 

I'd just like to see more cars that are more challenging. Cars like the RUFs, F40 S3, and Lotus 49 are great as you feel like you have to tame them. Most of them are just too easy. I'd like something else to really sort out the toddlers from the boys.

 

I like street cars more than race cars but Ford Ka or VW Up is way too much.

Streetcars and track specials all the way. Toyota license still has a lot to live up to IMO.

Who likes graphs!?!? I freakin LOVE graphs! Here's a quick google trends graph I did with 3 random cars as a comparison. I know Kunos are bringing the Supra in, and for good reason! I left the GTR out because damn GTR fanboys think it's the best car on the planet and because of that it destroys all the cars below in terms of popularity. This graph would also indicate that the Lamborghini Aventador is a good idea. I'd assume you could do a similar analysis when it comes to racing classes but I couldn't be bothered, plus we all know F1 would win.

 

I was joking, still, you'd never expect to have fun in those kind of cars, but trust me, you can .

so true: although it's shaping up to be a great game
cars people can relate to irl are sorely missing here
I couldn't care less for the next hypercar to be announced
but the idea to drive the cars that you might actually be able to buy irl appeals to me
My favourite car atm is the gt86 and a colleague of mine has bought one six months ago
It makes me smile that when I see him turning up in his car to know that
I was giving everything I had in that exact same car in the exact same color at f.e. the ring last night

 

I'm not really into that wishlist-posting kind of thing because I am VERY VERY content (no pun intended) with the current content. There's more than enough to learn and to master for years to come. Jumping from one car to the next just for shenanigans isn't really one of my main endeavours. I like to become a better racer overall.

However, if there was an official "one-wish-quota", I'd go for... BADUM-TSS... a Ferrari. Specifically, the 1989 Ferrari 640. A Kunos-modded F1 car from the immediate post-turbo years, and I'd go absolutely insane. One cannot expect, or request, but one can always dream

 

Yeah but maybe not on Monza/Nurburgring GP/the other F1 circuits AC has. Just too much puttering around.

Having at least one typical mid-range FF (like a Golf TDI) would make it easier to appreciate how fast the Abarth 500 and Giulietta are though. They're not fast cars but they are fast $25,000 cars

 

The 160bhp Abarth 500 in the sim isn't that fast, 0-60 in just under 8 secs.

That's warm territory rather than hot by my standards. Adding anything much slower is a bit pointless imo, others may disagree.

 

its time kunos do another poll for DLC cars..but no more GT cars please they all drive about the same.

 

Even me thats not even that fast can feel a pretty huge difference between the different GT cars that we have in the game.
