1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory.
  2. FOR ASSETTO CORSA COMPETIZIONE: If you report issues with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder!
  3. If your game executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, then run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether.

well, that's not the point. I also don't use them as reference.

If it's correct then that's ok, kunos will just ignore it.
I just had the impression that it was different 2 weeks ago, if not, maybe was my memory tricking me, didn't have to time to play much lately.
It's really not a big deal:)

If the shifter is visible in the cockpit, then you can see it prepare for the shift when is time, even with hands animation off. Even if we didn't get all these visual cues, you should know/learn when to shift by looking at the RPM, either from the dashboard or from an app.

When did it change? With the most recent update? edit: saw your next post - yeah I'm unaware of any change to that.

In sequential shifters is easier, like the 458 gt2, even if no hands, the stick will move when is the right time.

I noticed the Led's changed with 1.08 , we had a fun run event right when the 107 to 108 change took place , I was building my set with 107 getting the gears just right then the next day after 1.08 update when I loaded my set I noticed the led's flashing a lot earlier then I had them so I can confirm the change , not sure on the power band stuff , I like to use sound along with the led's and I do agree on the 458 having the torque for the earlier shifts , don't know if i can squeeze 2 sec's a lap from them but that comes down to driver performance as well !
