A video and Positive promotion for AC

With the up and coming BTCC mod that Triple7Racing are working on, I thought I would do a promo video for Halfords Honda Yuasa Racing with the 2016 skins.

Not only did they like it, they actually replied to me personally, and posted it on their own Twitter page. As you can imagine, I was like WTF, really

As you can see, I am promoting AC, well out side of AC boundaries, all for fun and enjoyment, so hopefully, you all like and I won't get banned.

see, btcc shows how motorsport reaches out to its fans instead of alienating them

 

The thing is whilst Motorbase themselves might be keen to have their cars and sponsors promoted in this way, I doubt Alan Gow thinks the same. I believe numerous BTCC mods have been shut down in the past.

 

Shutdown by TOCA? The only reason I would think this would happen is, if you was doing it for profit, selling it. Triple7Racing are not, this is totally free. T7R have done this for the pure enjoyment of the community, and well, we have had a blast along the way as well.

 

Yep, by TOCA. I can't recall the exact set of circumstances, however it was likely a rFactor mod of some kind.

Not that in any way am I belittling the work your team have done, it looks great by the way

However I know from the past that whilst TOCA probably aren't as bad as FOM, they can certainly have teeth when they want to.

Not yet, they will all be available at the same time

 

not a fan of mods
except for two tracks (cause they used them in a league) the game is still vanilla
for this one although I just might make an exception...

 

Nice video but I'm not sure what possessed you to put that camera behind the fence. Those textures are terrible.
