ACC Release 0.3 discussion

That car alone made me put another +100 hours into the game since v3.

I can only imagine how much joy the rest of the machines (Audi, Mercedes & Porsche) will provide.

 

it's good for simultaneous left and right ;-). But why is the "back view" not working? Is it supposed to do the same thing?

 

TBH i did not even test that look back button since then, i am so used to the left and right pressed together

 

Fine unless your look left / right buttons are on the dpad on the wheel, then of course they cannot be pressed simultaneously!

 

It would be nice if there was a rear view to assign to a button

 

Funny to post in this thread, since we have 0.5.2 already, where you can assign that button and it works.

 

You can't on keyboards and gamepad controllers (and custom button controllers probably) at least.

 

Can't believe it since the actual release and will try later.
But would you please follow these instuctions, if you like to have your controller supported:

 

As promised, I tried on my own, assigned "look back" (rear view) with 4 different controller and all worked fine, and ensured ingame the functionality.
Did you even tried it with the actual build?

 

Seems comprehending what I wrote is too much to ask. There is no custom button binding available yet under sections "gamepad" and "keyboard". Binding specific buttons to other devices under "wheel" works but that's besides the point. You wrote button binding works period but that's not the case. It's WIP.

You got me wrong and didn't check the pics maybe.
I tried 4 different controller (3 Gamepads) , all worked.
What is your point?
Did you folllow the instructions?
