ACC Update 0.2 Discussion

Not worth it to take a expensive day off / call in sick as it will probably cone end of the day as usual

 

Do you go all in, new car, new track?
Or are you more into checking the software updates, which would mean Lambo/Nürb. To tell the difference more clearly.

I might start with the Lambo learning the new track.

Try the bentley on the track i already know properly to see how it feels compared to the lambo. see wich i like more (wil be weird being on the other side of the car)

 

Bent/Nurb

 

I'll do some laps in the Lambo on Nürburgring using my monitor until I can consistently do the same lap times, then I'm going to switch to VR with the same combo, curious to see what difference will that make...

After that I'll do some sailing

 

Bentley on track i already "mastered" before i spend rest of the month on the Misano

 

Lambo @ Nurb to evaluate the new build's differences.
After that Bentley on Misano with heavy rain

Then i check the performance difference in Nürb.

 

Same combo but in VR !!! Then I'll give a shot to the Bentley and Misano even if it's not what I'm waiting for in this build.

After that I'll Switch to learn Misano with the car thats more fun to me
But still have to wait till the weekend, when back home from holiday.

 

Likely first Bentley at Nürburgring and then Bentley at Misano.

I want to see how the car feels different compared to Lamborghini and try the VR on a track I know. Then take the Bentley around the new track. Finally I will drive the Lamborghini also around Misano.

 

First, check the changelog. Next, setup VR and then directly to Bentley @ Misano. Don't need comparison check between anything.

 

I voted Lambo/Misano to learn the new track in a familar car I already have tweaked the setup with.

Although 2 good points are made here:
1) going Lambo/Nürb to see the difference in the build and also try new features

2) Bentley/Nürb to learn the new car and whoch I prefer


I think now I'm going go Nürb 1st with Lambo and then Bentley, pivk the car I like more and make my way to Misano.

what must a lambo driver think when a bentley is coming nearer in the night and its thunderstorm...

more serious: so much torque and wet conditions could be really tricky. we will see!

 

Assuming VR works reasonably well, I'm hoping to test the theory that my dreadful lap times previously were caused by the awful lag on these ancient Dell monitors. So it's a few laps of the Nurburgring in the Lambo for starters. Of course there's probably physics changes as well so an immediate 1 sec off my PB won't be conclusive, but it will make me feel better.

Then I can progress to being dreadfully off the pace in the Bentley around Misano. With no excuses

 

VR is here ANY COMBO..

 

Lambo/nurbur for me, i want to test the new update, what it changed, the physics on the curbs and most of all IF MOUSE STEERING IS FIXED
