custom button layout's??? for drifting i like to setup my handbrake not on the wheel it self!!!!

Don´t worry, BoereJack, your needs are neither forgotten nor swept under any rugs .
KS ain´t that type of company . Too dedicated, too good at delivering, too fast at patching up things that went wrong and too enthused about how AC takes off even higher with getting you console guys on board and then also dat still slighly surreal feeling Porsche license.

I for one am really glad that you console users finally got a proper simulation at your hands, even if it feels as if it was still in Beta (which in some weird way it will be, with KS and 505Games working together for the first time and on unused terrain as well, plus : trying this type of game on a console is pretty ballsy what with all the calculations going on that need to be squeezed into your equipment) .
I suspect the most demanded changes for you console guys will be either worked on feverishly or are already integrated into another patch to be sent towards Sony/Microsoft to run them through their testing mills .

Be patient, but keep naggingly and politely asking for it ... found that the best way so far, since buying AC on PC as early access a seemingly very long time ago

Also ... isnt 505 customer service/community reps your point of reference for such questions, since they (505Games) are doing the conversion job ar am I totally helterskelter off-course with that assumption ???

 

The problem with consoles is the pricetag and zero refund. Us pc-users been onboard since a free demo bought us over or not. I can understand why consolebuyers demands working titles when released as full game.
At the same time, console users should read the official statements and just respect the time it takes rather than "threaten" with more posts like this. Highly doubt it´ll speed up the process, it can even put a lit on a hard working devs mood reading all this, hence they´d rather not and just keep going till next patch is done.

So the most common advice since launch of this forum: Patience!

 

It's a lot lot better since update on Xbox, but there's still things that need patching and faster than what's gone before.
Brake bios on tx wheel d pad now doesn't work, look left and right is totally missing, but I can turn the headlights on and off. Setups still don't seem to be saving either. No button mapping that just doesn't make sense to me. So yes patience is required but on the other hand when new patches are released they should work and not brake precious working parts. That's just bad testing.

 

I agree with the previous poster in so far as button mapping seems such a glaring omission. Having had the look left and right and brake bias setting on the wheel pre-update it's just odd to now not have that but to have headlights instead .

However, I am a patient guy and love this sim regardless and will just wait for as long as it takes to get the things that we all want. If I had to select one thing right now though it would be the ability to save setups.. that's a BIG one as far as I am concerned.
