1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

I am using (beta testing) RS Dash (works on extra monitor, android, IOS), but it is still WIP. It works the same way as pCars Dash, picks data from the API.

Just AIM after a few laps. Gives me an idea on where to improve. Specially with a track map.

I have it installed. I don't always activate it, but I do from time to time. It can be an extremely powerful tool if you learn how to properly use MoTeC i2 Pro...

to all ACTI users, how do you get it to work on a remote device? laptop or tablet in the same LAN (wifi or hard wired), I can't get it to work...i have tried on various laptop(s) and tablet(s) to connect to main SimPC but no luck, actually was giving up in it today completely.

Sorry, can't help you with that, I merely use it to record the data from my laps and then if I want I can just load up i2 and review the data.

  12. is it working on your Sim PC? would you be able to send/ post screenshots of your ACTI in game settings (AC) and ACTI.exe settings please?
at least I can then get it working on my SimPC like you are using it. thank you!

How can the camber be adjusted with Motec/ACTI ...I only see a zig-zagged graph when looking at it and dont have a clue what I can read from it ;-) Any advice is welcome!

  14. Pick the segment of the graph that show's one particular turn. You can click at the turn names. In an ideal car the camber during cornering should be very close to zero.

  17. Hi all, I am a new user for Assetto Corsa.

First of all, I installed ACTI because I don't understand a simulator without all this data. A few laps later, went to MoTec and seems than everything was ok but .......... isn´t.
    - I can´t find the channels for in, middle and out tires temperature.
    - When cornering, the ride height is the same for right and left sides of the car.
    - .......
    - .......
    - I can't find a lot of channels that I had in rFactor.

Is that a problem of updates?. Does version 1.9.3 of AC requires a new pluging?. If AC shows tyre temperatures in-game, I don't understand why is not showed in MoTec channels.

Thanks for all and sorry for my english ;).

  18. Caution Please: Meanwhile something changed. You never will get that close to zero in Motec´s graphs now. The Front camber changes only max. 0,6° now.
I made a good experience with a minimum camber value of ~ -2,5 at the front watching the turns (Motec).

  19. Hi Wolfgang.
I'm not talking about cambers. I'm talking about ride heights.

    An example:
    - In a straight:
Corr distance 100 meters: Ride Height FL=50mm and Ride Height FR =50mm
Corr distance 105 meters: Ride Height FL=51mm and Ride Height FR =51mm
Corr distance 110 meters: Ride Height FL=52mm and Ride Height FR =52mm
Corr distance 115 meters: Ride Height FL=51mm and Ride Height FR =51mm
Corr distance 120 meters: Ride Height FL=50mm and Ride Height FR =50mm
ALWAYS THE SAME RIDE HEIGHT IN BOTH SIDES OF THE CAR.

    - In a corner:
Corr distance 1000 meters: Ride Height FL=64mm and Ride Height FR =64mm
Corr distance 1005 meters: Ride Height FL=65mm and Ride Height FR =65mm
Corr distance 1010 meters: Ride Height FL=66mm and Ride Height FR =66mm
Corr distance 1015 meters: Ride Height FL=65mm and Ride Height FR =65mm
Corr distance 1020 meters: Ride Height FL=64mm and Ride Height FR =64mm
ALWAYS THE SAME RIDE HEIGHT IN BOTH SIDES OF THE CAR.

Anyway. Reading more about ACTI I saw that the last update was for Assetto Corsa v1.6.3. I think that something changed with new versions on Assetto that makes ACTI commit mistakes or miss channels.

PD: Waiting for an ACTI update.

ACTI is still fine on 1.9.3

There are no left and right ride height channels sent by AC, only a car center line one that ACTI assigns for some reason to both L and R channels.

There are no IMO temperature channels sent by AC. Only a core temperature one which is the one you can see in MoTec.

The channels sent by AC are purely a design choice. Because you find them in rF does not mean it's how it should be.

I use always ACTI with a remote PC, as in a local network or on the internet...which problem do you have?
