1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

    This stream was EPIC.
    ACC is a legend.

    After 9hours racing in the dry with ups and downs Aris says "rain is coming".
    45min later it starts raining.
    Cause of server problems the race started one hour later. It was bout midnight here in germany and from now on every minute was as long as... dunno.
    GT3s struggling heavy in the rain.
    Action everywhere - so intense.
    The team Aris was driving with so friendly and helpful.

    13hours watching this stream with some real life interruptions and it was worth every minute, especially in the end.

    Cheers mate... it was an amazing event... we worked very hard to get it right... the server issue was unfortunate, and we could not have foreseen it, but when the sim racing community pull together, special things happen... Our team had some issues, but when we were on it, we were on it.... The rain was frigging amazing though.... I loved it....

    Is it just me or is the interviewer in the podcast somehow very lame on the one hand and on the other hand he completely ignores some of Aris' statements. I didn't enjoy it after 20min - was somehow lifeless. Aris part super but I couldn't stand the other guy anymore. A pity.:(

    Do you find that the brake bias needs to be a higher value than all of the other cars.?
    I tried 52/53%, and the car was almost impossible to handle if braking with any amount of steering lock.

    Yes I have it around 54-56%. I'm use to front engine cars as they fit my driving style but really like the NSX. I'm not sure this will work for you and I haven't tested 60min races only 20-25 but I don't mind sharing my setup. (this is from the top of my head) For instance at Silverstone from the aggressive setup rear camber left to right and toe is not set equal left to right (not sure if a bug) I set at -3.4 camber and equal the toe to the larger number. -1 click on rear ARB,. spring rate & bump stop I leave as default. Shocks (here is were people might think I'm crazy) Front I leave alone but the rears starts at 10 or there about for bump and rebound I found it to be to soft with the stiff spring rate. In the end have added about 10 clicks to each bringing each fast and slow bump/rebound to around 18-20. I also Dropped the rear ride high by 1 or 2 clicks.

    I am definitely not an Alien driver so I'm losing time there. With these changes At Silverstone I've finally got the NSX into the low 59's and at Laguna into the 24's , 48's at Monza. The car for me will handle the curbs and bumps, is way more predicable and cured that nervous rear end.

    Again not sure how the car will behave for a 60min stint and haven't had time to test any other tracks with this type of setup. I may be out in left field on the shocks but it worked for me.
