Pedals don’t have anything to do with static throttle behaviour tho, I am also interested in why it is that way

 

The accelerator is an integral part of the pedals, is one besides, the engine slowdown is another.
maybe the potentiometer

 

the pedal is a thing, plastic, or metal, or whatever. Trottle response is another thing looooooooooooooooooooooooooooool

I can reproduce this odd throttle response in the gt3 amg as well.
I'm curious as to the cause, is it a bug or some accepted limitation of the software.

 

physics engine tend to work bad when the car is stopped: 0 km/h.
It doesn't work like that when the car moves, which the part of interest.
It is like this since the age of fire.
Even complaining on something like that is...ahahahahah.. ridiculous XD

There already is. They just randomly disconnect him from the servers to even things out.

 

I'm asking because I had an issue with my CSL Elite, and it appeared to be linked to the potentiometers so I used this fix (just dusted them off) and it's all good now

As mentioned before, this is not hardware related. And also, this is not complaint from my side. I was just interested what is the story behind this since most of the things in ACC have a story

Does bigger cars generate more vacuum in assetto corsa competizione?

Lets say Im driving a Nissan or a Bentley, will it be easier to follow them rather than a Ferrari or a McLaren?

I think it could be a possible factor to take in consideration (if it does exsist) in BoP of some leagues I race.

 

Yes, slipstreams effect behind bigger cars is generally bigger, it also depends on specific cars aero both in front and following in how they generate slipstream for each other and how dirty air is created and how that dirty air effects the car behind, there is also outwash on the side of the cars, you can side slipstream and also you can feel turbulence behind big cars when you are changing your position behind them, for example at the end of Paul Ricard straight you come out of slipstream and sometimes you can get sth like a gust of wind from the side, of you are not careful that can unsettle the car especially considering low drag setups you run at PR
