1. Do you need support for Assetto Corsa Competizione? Please use the proper forum below and ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Logs" folder in your c:\users\*youruser*\AppData\Local\AC2\Saved. The "AppData" folder is hidden by default, check "Hidden items" in your Windows view properties. If you report a crash, ALWAYS zip and attach the WHOLE "Crashes" folder in the same directory. Do not post "I have the same issue" in an existing thread with a game crash, always open your own thread. Do not PM developers and staff members for personal troubleshooting and support.
  2. As part of our continuous maintenance and improvements to Assetto Corsa Competizione we will be releasing small updates on a regular basis during the esports season which might not go through the usual announcement process detailing the changes until a later version update where these changes will be listed retrospectively.
  3. If ACC doesn't start with an error or the executable is missing, please add your entire Steam directory to the exceptions in your antivirus software, run a Steam integrity check or reinstall the game altogether. Make sure you add the User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione folder to your antivirus/Defender exceptions and exclude it from any file sharing app (GDrive, OneDrive or Dropbox)! The Corsair iCue software is also known to conflict with Input Device initialization, if the game does not start up and you have such devices, please try disabling the iCue software and try again. [file:unknown] [line: 95] secure crt: invalid error is a sign of antivirus interference, while [Pak chunk signing mismatch on chunk] indicates a corrupted installation that requires game file verification.
  4. When reporting an issue with saved games, please always zip and attach your entire User/Documents/Assetto Corsa Competizione/Savegame folder, along with the logs and the crash folder (when reporting related to a crash).

XGN are running an established AC league for Australian and New Zealand players. The league has been running for several seasons, with grids of 24 drivers or more, with a reserves list for vacancies. There are two championships: Tuesday nights, a more serious competition, and Thursday nights, a more casual competition.

You can read about the leagues and sign up for competition at the XGN forums. I'm the admin for the Tuesday night league - message me with any questions.

We are midway through our Lotus Evora GTC/GX season, and with some drivers going on holidays, we have 4 spots available for Australian drivers, for Tuesday night friendly league races. The format of the race nights are a 15 min sprint race, followed by a longer 30 min race requiring a pit stop. There is also a 50 min enduro round. Success ballast for the top 10 drivers is used to balance the field a little more. We simulate the weather conditions at the real track on the day.

You can read about the season here.

Been having fun in the XGN leagues for a while with AC, currently the fr3.5 season with ballast handicaps has produced some good close racing through the field.

Here is a few laps from race 1 last round with me chasing Bacchulum who was a bit lighter then me and a few others were all battling along trying to gain positions on eachother.

Here is a full 16 lap 20 minute video from pur new season. This is race 2 of 3 for the night and was a full reverse grid race which really is quite fun.

A fun format this season with only race 1 of round 1 being a regular qualifying start. This was rather boring as expected with people simply extending gaps to all others pretty much the same as qualifying times reflected each drivers pace.

From then on race 2 is a full reverse grid of race 1 with dnf's getting put at the back of the grid. Race 3 is the same format with race 1 of the next round then being set in reverse championship order. With race 2 and 3 each round being just a full reverse of the previous race.

The next round is at Magione with currently 26 people signed up. We still have space for a few more aussies if they are interested in this sort of season.

Round 2 of our reverse grid season, I chose race 2 again more to show how the new collisions are working in the latest AC build 1.5.6. There was some great racing but also a bit of rubbing going on.

This race was at magione with I think 25 starters using the osrw grid modded track version.

Here is a video from race 3 of the first round, we had 21 starters with ballast added to the rx7 (145kg) and 370 (110kg) with the Supra and r34 GTR having no ballast. This showed pretty close lap times in testing and seemed for the first round it wasn't too far off. This was a reverse grid race with hot temps of 31c and 42c track temps to match the current real world conditions at all track we are running at.
