Being bullied out of lobbies

I have been racing on this game since day 1 on xb1 and have met some really good people and racers, unfortunatley though my experience now is being greatly affected by in influence of one person in the community. His xb live gamer tag is SHERO, when i first met shero he seemed like a top person he is a good clean racer. He invited me and a few others to his exclusive fb page, had raced with him for about a week but then came the first night of a organised championship. It had started a hour and a half late because everytime some random joined the lobby SHERO told us we must kick them, one of our friends had joined that was not part of the fb page group and SHERO true colours started to show as he started getting aggressive and telling us we had to kick our friend. Anyway racing eventually started and all was good, because i had work early the next day i had run out of time to race the last 2 races and this seemed ok to everyone. The next morning i was told i was kicked from the group because my mindset did not fit in with this exclusive groups dynamics, it seemed they didnt want people in their group that may be close to their skill level.

Everyone who plays in australia knows the lobbies are quite empty, so when i see people in a lobby i jump in regardless of the class or track as i just want to race. But unfortunately if a lobby has SHERO in it i constantly get kicked out for now reason other than because i am not part of their group anymore, i love this game and it is getting to the point now where i cant race because this individuals influence is controlling who can race and who cant. I have reported this to xbox live and nothing seems to be getting done about. If there is a 505 games or kunos staff member that could help in anyway to stop what i can only call bullying it would be greatly appreciated, as this kind of person is not needed in this great community.

 

This doesn't sound very nice behaviour, however, surely SHERO can only be in one lobby at a time. Race in another lobby? Start your own Facebook group with your friends and then boot him?

 

Unfortunately not everyone races every day/night and we do have a fb page and currently a weds championship thats open to all. But when this guy is on most nights everyone thats on is usually attracted to the lobbies he is in, there is usually only one lobby people are racing in on aussie servers and if he is on then i get the boot.

 

I really don't think any developers can help you. You are getting vote kicked? Yea they can't do anything about that. Or is single administrator who has power over the server kicking you? Either way, they can't help you with that. What are they going to do? Tell all those players not to vote kick you? Tell the admin not to kick you? It's their right to vote kick, or admin kick you.

You need to convince the group to not kick you.

 

Seems to me he is trying to do a private lobby where it doesn't exist. Using group brute force kicks to keep the lobby for "members" only.
Ridiculous...if he is really doing this he should be blacklisted from all servers until private lobbies are in-game, if support has this power.
Record him doing it and report with hard evidence, server name, time, day, and most important, proof of the bad behavior.

tip:
if possible on console, try to change your name and join the server he is in (incognito new name mode), probably he will not kick you or gonna take more time for it to happen, cause he doesn't have access to your unique ID, he only see your in-game name, and then record him doing his thing.

 

Think this is problem with not having private lobbies, people are taking over and instantly kicking people who are not part of their group....happened to me on several occasions.

 

Have to agree with this , lobbies in general are pretty empty and Ive found If I find one with a good few players in it Ive been kicked a good number of times I can only think this is because the guys in there want to keep it private, its a shame online is so dead.

 

You could always track them down and kick them yourself
