Better multi monitor Support for ultrawide

Hi i have just bought a Lg ultrawide 2560/1080 and i wanted to use my 2 old 1920/1080 monitors as side monitors. I bought the game due to people saying it has great multi monitor support. and for sure it does but not if you have different resolutions.

My suggestion is to add a setup option where in tripple monitor setup you tell it what resolution you have for especially center monitor but allso side would be awsome. this will fix that when i try to change angle/besel then it does so 20% inside of my center monitor instead of at the edges. since ultrawide seems to really be taking off then alot more will get this issue in the future.

Are you running nvidia or amd gpu? I think only AMD allows for multi screen setup with non matched screens. I run Nvidia and would be surprised if you can even get nv surround working with those 3 screens. It would be great though if you could easily setup multiple screens with different res or even screen sizes and be able to run them all at native resolution and use in game scaling to adjust each so they match up best.

The ultrawide in the center would be a good option especially but I never went that route as I assumed it simply doesn't work with Nvidia gpu's properly.

 

I thought about such a setup as well, but then discarded the option.
There are only few games available that work well (e.g. in games like DCS or ETS2 you can define multiple screens, also for dashboards or similar), most struggle even with proper triple screen rendering.

However, it might be possible to handle an ultrawide screen by specifying an offset for the side screens.

 

Om using a radeon rx480 8gb the eyefinity works fine but it can not handle angled screen but having an ultrawide in the middle covers most of my visual field while driving but if i look to the sides it look ok but allso abit off. I hope they can add the option

 

This is strictly a Windows issue. No game dev can address it until the OS can handle different resolutions.

NVidia Surround just puts the resolution in the menu for you, you can have mismatched screens as long as you pick a resolution that covers all of them. No way to move the bezels though. (eg. I run 5760x1200 on 2 1920x1080 and 1 1920x1200 monitor, and play in borderless windowed)
