  2. If you experience an issue while starting up AC EVO make sure your Steam installation folder and the user/Save Games/ACE folder are set as exceptions in your Antivirus software and Windows protection and/or Firewall settings. Delete the user/Saved Games/ACE folder and try again.
  3. Thank you for participating in the Early Access programme! If you experience an issue, please open a new thread in the appropriate AC EVO subforum and please make sure you ALWAYS attach the log.txt file from the user/Saved Games/ACE/ folder in your report. If you experience a crash, please make sure to zip and attach the whole "crashdumps" folder from the same location.

    Hi everyone,

    We are always monitoring the forum for all the issues you are raising and thank you for bringing these to our attention. This announcement however is in regards to the graphic glitches happening to the cars in Assetto Corsa. When you create threads about these glitches, please tag user @pankykapus in order for us to start dealing with those glitches faster and more efficiently.

    Is It possible to use the same tag system ("FIXED", "KNOWN ISSUE", etc.) as in the PC sections? So we can know if something was seen by the devs and fixed in time for the next patch? Thanks.

    I have taken note of all threads where I was tagged, I'm not doing the fixes myself so I can't tag them differently. We'll try to get all bugs fixed if possible/feasible but please note that some issues might not be directly my area.

    Hello, for some time now the frames have been disappearing during setup. So I never know where I am. The same happens when saving or loading. Now and then it happens that nothing works anymore, I hear the moving sound, but selecting or saving does not work.
